房間吵得要死 隔音奇差，樓下KTV的聲音吵得人整宿都睡不着，自助洗衣區就一個洗衣機，還是收費的，10塊錢洗一次，一充就要充30，還是壞的，問酒店前台，説不歸他們管，打投訴電話，沒人接！我是真的服氣了，今年住宿最差體驗，大家別住！

，20年住過一次挺正常的，這次來住衞生嚇**進來摸一下枱麪那麼多灰塵，到處都是灰塵現在都不抹塵的嗎，叫阿姨過來查一下直接給我一個一次性毛巾自己擦想用一下水壺都臟成這樣，叫換一個乾淨的都沒有直接裝點白醋叫我自己煮一下，服務太差了，前台辦理入住太慢了，六樓公用洗衣房不搞衞生的嗎，誰敢用啊，説得那麼好聽有免費洗衣房，這個樣一看就是洗拖把抹布的地方，還有就是電梯寫着六樓自助洗衣，房卡又不通用這個樓層，去都去不了，又不提醒一下要去一樓叫服務員刷卡，那麼多問題呢，我都不想説了，
