我們下午4:30 check in, 房間才剛剛清潔完，地板剛剛拖完還是濕的。可能是清潔時打開窗通風，結果房間有幾隻很大的蚊，我足足拍死了三隻大蚊。還有，我們check in時已跟職員確定可延遲退房至2點，結果12:00就被另一位職員好不禮貌地催促我們離開，經溝通後，到1點多，又有清潔工拍門要做房間清潔。這間公寓的運作實在太有問題！

來之前還各種擔心：安全？衞生？房間會不會太小？住進來後發現超驚喜，房型大，應有盡有，温馨小家的感覺！果斷續房：乾淨衞生，俯瞰美麗夜景，太值了，必須點贊！

房間很大，房間煙味明顯，可以做飯，不提供鍋。離長隆、日月貝都很遠，離國家地理探險中心很近，看個人需要吧。

在創新房人才公寓裏面，房間很好，和隔壁5星的凱悦酒店沒什麼區別，性價比很高。設施齊全都是一次性浴巾和毛巾，衞生很乾凈，服務也好。

冬天到廣州，趕上降温，沒有暖氣還是很冷的，北方人表示受不了，好在店裡服務不錯，給增加了取暖設備，能好一點，價位還可以的，提前訂的
