首次入住諸暨芳草地度假酒店就給我們留下了不錯的感覺。車到大堂門口就有服務員上前幫忙提包、拖拉行李箱，前台服務員熊貓（微信名）也熱情接待，為方便我們老年人出入，還給予客房升級。客房收拾的乾淨整潔，客房服務員都能笑臉相迎。酒店傍山依水，坐在陽台上不僅可欣賞面前葱鬱山林，還可低頭看到溪水匆匆流過，溪流對岸是酒店形狀各異、又具不同特色的樹屋、松鼠屋、香榧子屋等客房，給人新奇的感覺。酒店充滿鄉村氣息，雞、鴨、鵝、羊、孔雀、兔子等多種萌寵更吸引小童的喜歡。

地理位置風景非常優美，開窗就可以感受綠油油的美景，度假村內還設有馬場和攝影師，在休閑之餘可以選擇在林間野騎，會有攝影師專業抓拍；酒店的餐飲：早飯和午飯都不錯，在享受度假的同時，美景，美食，美照，三管齊下，豈不樂哉！

房間很有格調，酒店裡設施齊全，活動非常豐富（那種娃可以扔一天不用管的那種），鱒魚管家服務非常貼心有求必應，下次來玩還訂這裏。

服務很棒，環境也很好。就是酒店地毯上，門縫邊，細節處需要再打掃的乾淨一點。我住2樓，樓上台盆洗漱的聲音一清二楚，隔音較差。Anyway，住一晚還是可行的。離開五泄風景區也比較近。來諸暨還是可以考慮這邊住宿的。

設施：關於酒店的設施用一句話就可以概括，大家可以腦補一下：五一勞動節¥2500一晚的住宿，用的是藍月亮洗手液。
衞生：馬桶不斷地反臭。
環境：可能是芳草酒店在附近沒有其他的親子樂園，導致於可能其他的旅遊客户也在不斷地湧入這個酒店免費的項目非常少，都是收費的，自行車¥50半個小時。
服務：因為想避開高峯，很早就從始發地出發到酒店才8:30，當時我和開車的司機都非常的累，想在酒店的早餐區域拿一杯咖啡休息一下的時候，前台的服務員和我説我們的咖啡吧還有十幾分鍾就開始營業了，付費的這本身沒有毛病，但是對於你一個一晚收費偏高的酒店，簡直就是沒有任何有温度服務可談。整體酒店除了個別員工有服務意識，整體員工服務意識欠佳。

五一假期趕至，當晚滿房，一早的早餐體驗很差，餐桌來不急收拾，估計沒有想到這麼多人，房間內角角落落有積灰，房間門隔音不好，窗簾的漏光，床偏軟。第二天早上餐廳的服務立馬跟上感覺還是很不錯哦

這次提前預訂了又一個芳草地，和原來的開元已經沒有任何關係，屬於百達屋統一管理，可惜了原來開元的積分和餘額😓。和建德芳草地的裝修風格幾乎類似，這次入住的山景別墅都是一模一樣的房型。所有的工作人員都非常熱情好客，特別給前台水母小姐姐和清潔阿姨曹鳳妹好評，入住期間無微不至的關懷充分體現了百達屋的管理水準。度假村可玩性還不錯，騎馬卡丁車划船摘草莓直升機，包括平時的各種手工以及晚上的電影播放，基本贏得小朋友的喜歡，衹可惜天冷户外游泳池未開放。早餐被家人稱為中式天花板，應有盡有都是原生態食材，晚餐味道也很好，團購很實惠，味道很給力。附近吃喝玩樂非常方便，幾乎都是20分鐘不到車程，五泄景區適合全家老小遊覽，都都攬月景區適合親子遊玩，龍鱗壩景區適合拍照打卡，馬劍鎮和平陽鎮都有價格實惠的農家菜，總之值得去打卡。
