|0.42km from city centerWe stayed here over the July 4th weekend. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to most downtown Greenville attractions. It is also co-located with a Residence Inn and was very busy, though the bustle generally didn't affect the service. When we arrived (after the scheduled check-in time of 4pm) our room wasn't ready, but the front desk (a Mr. Randolph) handled the delay professionally and refunded our parking due to the inconvenience. Once we checked in, the room was huge and very well appointed. The only downside to the stay involved the evening valet parking attendant who took 20-30 minutes to get our car despite there only being 2-3 retrieving cars and no guests checking in at the time. (In contrast the morning valet attendant was very quick, less than 5 minutes both times.) Although we didn't say anything, we heard from other guests that they had complained to the hotel management about the valet, and evidently the criticism had come back to him since he was surly when he brought our car and even surlier when we returned it late that evening. Apparently, he also decided to exact some petty revenge (or was absurdly careless) against us (and maybe against other guests who had complained) because the next morning, our bottle of hand sanitizer had mysteriously spilled all over the door console despite having the cap screwed on tightly the night before. Because the valet attendants are contractors rather than employees, there is little the hotel can do about them, but future guests should be forewarned. Otherwise, the hotel itself is great, and we will make this our go-to hotel for future trips to Greenville.

From the beginning being picked up at the Airport by Monty could tell this was a very nice place He is so friendly and full of information with a smile that goes on forever. ! We were checked in by Marion Brayboy who was available to us for our many questions during the day- always smiling and tolerant 😀. This is a nice older hotel that has conference rooms available. It also has a restaurant where the food was delicious. Marie made the dinner even better. So pleasant and accommodating to our every whim. Also there is a bar attached that has televisions so you don’t have to miss a game. Louis was also great to work with. The beds were very comfortable and for the first time in a long time the hotel pillows were great. If you’re ever headed that way, this is the place to stay.

|1.73km from city centerNice, new-ish hotel about two blocks from the Falls at Reedy Creek trail and directly across the street of the minor league baseball stadium. About five blocks from the main shopping district downtown; an easy stroll. We had a top floor room (8th floor) and was pretty quite overall. You can still hear traffic noise even that high up. The hotel was very clean and well managed. I liked the onsite parking garage included with the room. Don't know if I'll ever get used to paying $300 or so a night for any hotel, but it is what it is. And at least it has a kitchenette. Breakfast was much improved from the time I was there during COVID, which was nothing more than a granola bar and water. I would definitely stay again, even with the price.

|1.96km from city centerWE ARRIVED HERE on a Friday and as soon as I walked through the doors of the lobby to check in, I was greeted and by the manager Brian, and made the process quick & easy. AS I was getting some of my finances in order to pay, the next employee named Diana, took over my RSVP information and AGAIN, was simple & easy. Diana helped to give me added information pertaining to the hotel and other information of the area!! THIS place was very comfortable, clean and very ATTENTATIVE with any concerns we had. THE room we stayed during our visit first time, was NICE in size, very well maintained as in no major marks on walls, and no RUST in bathroom such as tub & shower area. Toilet appeared to be a newer one. I was told that this hotel had JUST BEEN RENOVATED. YES!! I love that!! THEY serve breakfast in the morning, wifi is available, and pool accommodations... Housekeepers always gave the extras we desired, such as extra towels, etc. Everhone seems ot help with the needs on might have while traveling. ONE of the other things we LOVE about this hotel IS that it is IN A VERY QUIET setting ... it sits just behind the huge Marriot hotel that blocks the busy highway traffic. The LOCATION is ALSO perfect because it is in walking distance to almost every store you could imagine. WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY with the service provided during our stay (AND we are now back again!!). IT WILL BE one of our main places to visit and looking to do extended stays. |1.23km from city centerTook my wife for a bike ride vacation to Swamp Rabbit Trail. Hotel is right next to trail. Immaculate grounds, spotless clean inside and well maintained. Mama T made sure our breakfast exceeded expectations (it did) and Mary Ann at front desk was kind to tell us all about where to go in Greenville. Had a minor maintenance issue that was resolved immediately. These folks obviously like where they work and made our stay feel like being at home. Southern hospitality at its finest, the gratitude expressed for staying here was evident and genuine. Looking forward to a return very soon. Many thanks from a Hilton Diamond member.

|8.86km from city centerAll in all this is one of the best hotels my husband and I have stayed in. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The hotel itself was very tidy and clean. Housekeepers were excellent. The front desk staff was absolutely delightful. We were there for a week so we got to know faces and some names. Marlena the General Manager was so polite and informative. The young lady that worked second most nights Amanda I believe her name was, she was so sweet and courteous. Although the young lady that was there over night I did come through a couple times that week and find her asleep on the couch. So the only suggestion I have would be have the staff an area not seen by guest that the staff can relax when business is slow. My every request was granted and all questions about the area was answered. I will definitely recommend this hotels to friends and family and I myself can not wait to stay there again. My only negative would be the fact certain rooms are literally pool rooms and I witnessed two different moments where only selected parents were rudely addressed about ALL the children (even ones not with them) being loud in the pool due to complaints and was verbally informed that it was a privilege for them to be at the pool until closing which is at 11pm! Other than that being addressed incorrectly I’ll say it’s a great spot, just don’t take your kids to the pool because if they get too loud the pool will close early for “maintenance” bs!

For only a few more dollars per night, I moved to the Best Western Plus Greenville, but it felt like I had discovered the Ritz-Carlton Greenville! I don't know when this hotel was built, but it certainly looked almost brand new. It was clean and beautifully decorated. And the walk-in shower -- well, I could've spent a couple of hours in there! Staying here redeemed the rest of my vacation in Greenville! Thanks!

Towels were tiny, shampoo was terrible, no conditioner, soap was good, water was hot, bed was comfortable and the room was clean, pillows were not good, no breakfast. The aircon was on high when I arrived and the room was freezing but I turned on the heat snd it became comfortable. I asked for late checkout and they gave me an hour but when I put up a do not disturb sign the cleaners knocked anyway. For the price it was acceptable, not exceptional.

No more searching around- this is it from now on! New, clean, friendly, modern, very very comfy beds, spacious rooms! Breakfast was a bit lacking for me, but they had a pancake maker so my kids were over the moon! I highly recommend this hotel- and even better, don’t have to drive into Greenville to stay there!

There is a large living room outside, with a dining table, sofa, bathroom between the living room and the bedroom, and a simple kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, coffee, pool). The hotel is clean and free parking, highly recommended.

One lamp did not work until if I discovered that it was unplugged. The bed covers were too light, too thin, and I had to use my own blanket, which I then forgot about and left in the room at checkout. The breakfast time ended too early at just 9:00 am. The keys to the lock did not work and had to be reconfigured. Over all it was ok for the money, but I will look for other hotels next time. The hotel seems like it needs better care inside and outside.

The lady at the desk when we checked in told us breakfast ended at 10 am on weekdays, yet when we came down the next morning at 9 am they had already had the entire breakfast section cleaned up and gave my husband and I nasty looks and eye rolls when we mentioned we thought it was open later. The rooms were nice, there were some questionable things on a wall and door here and there that housekeeping missed, I just hope they remembered to change the sheets before we laid down. The location was beautiful. We drove down to Falls Park on the Reedy River before we realized we could have just walked! We took the car back afterwards and just walked to dinner, which was not the greatest but that's another review. The parking is mostly valet, unless you can find yourself a close enough spot somewhere else. We took the valet, and it seemed as though the price of the valet was already included in the price I paid to Trip.com! The gentlemen we so sweet, the only problem was one of them seemed to be sweating a LOT. We were afraid the car was going to smell from his sweat soaking into our seats! LOL. The lady at the desk when we checked out was the worst, she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude when I asked about the second charge on my bank account. She told me that it was an authorization charge, but guess what honey? It went through and I have been double charged for this room. I'm going to tell you right now it does not deserve that much money. A week after my trip, when the charge finally went completely through, I called the hotel and explained my situation and asked for a refund. She told me there must have been something wrong with the website I paid to and refused to look any further into it for me. So I called Trip.com and spoke to Yolanda. She heard what I was saying, told me she was going to call the hotel and get it straightened out, and when she came back she had the name of the person she spoke to at the hotel (Maria), told me Maria sees now how it was a mistake to charge me and is promising a full refund within a few days. Yolanda went above and beyond to make sure I got my refund. She could have just told me to call the hotel again and explain it better, but she took it into her own hands and got me what I wanted. The people at this hotel are awful, but the location is convenient and beautiful. If you are willing to deal with stupid people for the length of your stay, just keep in mind you might be like me and have to deal with them even a week after.

I had to wait for my room to be ready but that wasn't so bad. I booked a king bed room. The room was very spacious. It was very clean and had great lighting. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel provides shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in the room just in case you forget yours. There's a nice sized TV in the room and decent channels. There's comfortable seating in the room as well. It was extremely quiet and I loved that.. Overall I like my stay.

Rooms are spacious and I liked the walk in shower. I have no complaints other than they could not get us all rooms in the same area. |1.05km from city centerWe enjoyed one night at this gorgeous hotel! This was a quick holiday getaway for myself and my teen daughters. The hotel facilities are top notch with beautiful decor and amazing views and location. We enjoyed the pianist in the lobby, drink up check in, easy valet service and storage of luggage while we walked around downtown before leaving. The staff were overall extremely friendly with only a few exceptions that were just mediocre. The room had lots of seating which was nice as well as soft blankets on the bottom of the beds, although the blankets looked as if they needed a wash with some spots of things so unfortunately could not use. We enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and being able to walk to the beautiful scenery of the river, great shopping, and food options such as Gather GVL food hall and ice cream at Marble Slab. And I was thrilled the cute little holiday market right outside the hotel was open for us to shop around and grab some great smelling holiday candles. Breakfast at Between the Trees was amazing - highly recommend the omelets and blueberry pancakes!
