The hotel was clean and easy to reach. The service is the front desk was highly dependent on who was available. Whereas one person just says "no, we don't have" before you even finish your question, others went beyond what one would expect...

Facilities: It’s still relatively new, and it’s quite comfortable to live in. However, there are no robots, and the TV can only watch channels and cannot cast the screen.
Cleanliness: very good, the room is very tidy
