Very warm, the main room is really comfortable facing the lake, and in the case of not a lot of people in the hotel, the front desk brother also upgraded the room type for us, it is really good, the hotel is really very nice 👍 I don’t want to leave when I check out, I can’t go to work the next day. 酒店地段非常好，酒店新，大堂看起來高大上，環境優雅，房間比較大，設施不錯，插卡取電後電動窗簾自動打開很驚喜，陽台非常大，對着江面風景特別好，在陽台上曬曬太陽吹吹風喝喝茶聊聊天非常舒服，客房服務也比較及時，早餐還算豐富，送的下午茶很滿意。 不足之處也很多，家庭套房三張床竟然衹有一個洗手間，我兩公婆帶着三個娃，沖個涼都要花成個鐘[Facepalm][Facepalm] 洗手間沖涼房的玻璃門不能反鎖，洗手間裏面有無人在也不知道，沖涼房裡麪沒有任何可以掛衣服的掛鈎，沖完涼穿衣服很不方便。掛衣櫃空間也比較小，幸虧還有兩個洗臉枱，緩解了早上刷牙的擠擁。 服務員的服務意識稍微差點，早上9點左右保潔阿姨敲門問要不要打掃衞生？有個晚上我先生去一樓的公用洗手間如廁，保潔人員問開大還是開小？。。。説等他如廁完畢就下班。。。 五樓的洗衣機房挺好用的，就是洗衣機不能單獨甩幹（不知道是否我不懂操作），我想省時間，從房間洗好衣服拿去準備用幾分鐘甩幹再放烘乾機就能烘，結果怎麼搞都弄不到單獨甩幹水的程序，剛好看見有服務員經過就問，她也是不懂，也不會幫忙找個懂的人來處理一下，搞了一會就不見人了 地下停車場進去幾次，每次都不能自動起桿，每次都要家人走上大堂讓服務員處理，不知道什麼原因。
