All of the staff members are exceptionally friendly and attentive. We especially appreciated that a lunch package was prepared for us at departure, since we couldn’t have breakfast on-site due to time constraints. We felt completely comfortable and very well taken care of throughout our stay. A small suggestion for improvement: Unfortunately, there is no convenient place to store personal items or to hang a jacket.

The hostel is located 8 minutes walk from Milano Bovisa Politecnico train station. Direct train to and from Malpensa Airport T2 just takes 30 minutes. As far as getting around the city of Milano, there is a Tram-Bus stop (Bausan) just under 5 minutes walk from hostel (after the round about). The 4 bedded sharing room comes with en-suite bathroom with timed hot showers. Bath towel available for rent at 2€. Hostel-wide WiFi access available. The in-house bar-bistro offers good selection of Italian and international fairs. For weary travellers the in-house dinning option is most appreciated. During the day, the common area has a more co-working vibe. As the sun sets, the ambiance transitions to a buzzing vibrant bar-bistro.

The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was cheap and delicious. There were plenty of amenities. The shower leaked a little from the booth, but not enough to leak outside the bathroom. When I opened the window at night, I could hear the noise of young people in the neighborhood, but I was tired and it was no problem for me to sleep. Compared to a typical Japanese business hotel, there was no particular inconvenience. Above all, the smiling faces of the staff are fond memories. Thank you very much.

This hotel is great for self-driving trips, as it's a bit far from central Milan. The room facilities and services are excellent, offering good value for money. There's plenty of parking available both at the hotel and in the surrounding area.

The hotel was extremely clean and the ambiance was modern and cool. The location was great for me since the train station from the airport was just 6 minutes away and the regular metro was also 7 minutes away, very convenient and a lot of stores and restaurants near by that had authentic food and not tourist traps. The amenities of the hotel are not much, better bring your own shampoo and conditioner since they give you a one bottle with both and a small bar of soap and that’s it.

Great hotel! This is the best hotel where my wife and I have had to be, great architecture outside. The room itself is high ceilings and very clean, fresh repair!

Location is great, and the building itself is gorgeous, however, it was far from a 5-star experience. Room outdated and dark, amenities limited and not of a good quality, aircon noisy, view of the inner courtyard (I stayed at a Superior room). In the lobby they played loud music (and occasionally rock music, which felt weird). Bar/restaurant service inattentive. Wi-Fi very unstable. Basically, this hotel works fine if you need a place to sleep, but it doesn't offer any luxurious touches that would make you want to spend more time inside. Very pity because the building has potential. But the price is fair for the offer.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were very clean, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing.
