The hotel offers free shuttle services to Narita Airport, Narita Station, and AEON Mall Narita. The surrounding environment is comfortable and quiet. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with a large bathroom, bathtub, and vanity – everything is very clean, hygienic, and comfortable. Everything was great, except for the air conditioning, which is seasonal. I stayed in early November, and the heating was already on, which is why it was so hot. When I called the front desk, they said it was a central automated system and couldn't be controlled. They offered me two solutions: a fan or opening the window. The fan arrived quickly, and I opened the window. And wow, it actually felt like air conditioning, just a small bit! However, there was some outside noise. Oh well, it was just for one night as I had an early flight. Everything else was perfect.
The hotel is so convenient. There's a free shuttle from Terminal 1 and 2 and its available every 15 minutes or so with a 20 minutes journey.
The check-in was so easy. The receptionist even helped check me in. I love their friendliness!
And the room is huge! Its impossible to get that size in Japan so enjoy it while you can.
In terms of breakfast, it's basic but really yummy.
Theres rice and bread option. Definitely a worthwhile hotel!

Brilliant stay here. Took longer than expected to extend my stay, think the front desk employee needed more support to understand my request.
Breakfast included, tried 3 different restaurants across my stay. The more popular ones are more popular for a reason: they have more choice but beware of longer queue times, especially if you want to get into the parks for opening.
View of the parks was great, you can see so much and the monorail goes past too!
Super location for the parks, down the hill and across the road and you’re at the monorail. Dont bother waiting for the shuttle bus up to the hotel from the station unless you have luggage, mobility issues or do not walk to walk a single step further (you will wait more time on the bus than it will take you to walk).
Don't trust the picture from hotel, and don't waste money for 1000 yen cheaper. Find other new hotel to daty. Staff are friendly and helpful but if you need you change to new renovation room they charge 5000yen extra.
Old wing (garden wing) room are old and dirty like never renovate after 40 yrs+ room and bathroom is big, bath tub old and crackle, I feel itchy when I stay there and only one night is enough, I have flight to Sapporo at first plan to stay here after I come back. Lucky the booking can Cancel with a full refund. So I have to send my big back by Yamato to my new other hotel.

Our first stop in Tokyo! We took a direct bus from the airport right to the hotel entrance. Check-in was very quick, and the front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided excellent service. They asked if we were Hilton members, reminded us about breakfast times, and offered to help bring our luggage to the room. We stayed two nights and visited both Land and Sea – taking the monorail back and forth every day was absolutely delightful. When we checked out, getting to our next hotel in Shinjuku was a bit complicated for transfers, so we booked an 'airportor' service to deliver our luggage. We left our suitcases at the hotel front desk at 9 AM, and by that afternoon, while we were still shopping at Skytree, our bags had already arrived at the next hotel.
Facilities: All the usual amenities are there, but they are definitely a bit old, and some are not in perfect condition.
Cleanliness: The cleaning was pretty decent.
Service: The service was absolutely excellent, from the shuttle bus to everything else. This is definitely a highlight.
Environment: The scenery and air outside after breakfast were quite nice.
Mainly, it's close to the airport, which is convenient. The breakfast selection is wide and suits my taste.
I booked this hotel specifically for a concert, and its proximity to Makuhari Messe made it incredibly convenient – just a 10-minute walk! You can take an express airport bus directly here from Narita Airport. There's an outlet mall right across the street, and a large shopping center is just a 10-minute drive away, making it excellent for shopping. Although it's in the suburbs, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so finding food and drinks isn't an issue. The JR station is only a 3-4 minute walk, and you can take the Chiba Line directly to Disneyland and the city center without any transfers. I was extremely satisfied with the transportation options!
The hotel room was on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. In a double room, the bathroom was barely big enough for one person, and the low ceiling might be inconvenient for taller guests. However, the hotel itself was very clean, and housekeeping tidied the rooms daily.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Although they didn't speak Chinese, English communication was perfectly fine. They assisted with booking taxis and storing luggage without any problems.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I was very satisfied with the value for money at this price point. It's definitely a great choice for anyone attending concerts!
Self-check-in was very convenient. There were no disposable slippers, but regular slippers were provided. Toothbrushes and combs could be picked up in the lobby.
The pros are the affordable price and the shuttle service to the airport and Narita town.
For the airport shuttle, depending on your arrival terminal, I waited under sign #26. Be aware that various hotel shuttles stop at #26, so make sure you get on the right one.
The shuttle to Narita town was very crowded. Note that some shuttles stop at Aeon while others don't. Check the shared timetable carefully if you plan to go to Narita Aeon.
The hotel was very clean. It's a place I would choose again. Recommended!
Typical Richmond chain, near to the Keisei-Narita line and 1 station away from Narita airport. Great for a short stay to do some last minute shopping with Aeon Town within walking distance and Aeon Mall a quick bus ride away.

Loved the extra thoughtfulness with massager! Room was on the small side when compared to other hotels across the Tokyo Bay, particularly with the official Disney Partner Hotels. The ammenities room is incredible. Welcome lounge and kids interactive projector was a huge hit for my daughters too! The short distance from the hotel to AEON and Aeter shopping mall is a another welcomed addition for those early shopping for those who are short on time during their Japan trip.

MM259108****Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is conveniently located near Narita Airport and offers shuttle services to both the airport and Narita Station, making it easy to travel to Tokyo and other destinations. The hotel boasts an elegant and comfortable environment, with warm and attentive front desk staff. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic. I always choose this hotel when I visit Tokyo because of its great value for money.

GGuest UserThis resort was very nice and big. Me and my boyfriend wanted to get away from the city but also be close by the airport (NRT), so this was a good compromise. I loved that the hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and there is a bus that goes from Tokyo station to the hotel. Although that ride is not free, it was a single ride to get there. The hotel has a nice hot springs (both inside and outside)! It was really nice to relax at the end of the night. They have a coffee shop and restaurant within hotel and a smaller more casual restaurant before entering the hot springs. Overall my trip was great! But it is a little hard to find things around the area to do if you plan to stay for a long period of time. I was able to find a claw machine place nearby, but there is also small claw machines outside the hot spring area.

GGuest UserSmall bed, fairly small room.
Has a small bath.
About 20 minute walk to the metro station.
The free shuttle bus to Disney doesn't leave until 9am, but there is a public bus close by
GGuest UserIt's a great and comfy stay for 3 nights. However , I did not expect there are certain timings to shuttle bus picking guests from the Shin-Urayasu station and its a good 15 to 17 mins walk from there. We pushed our luggage fr station to hotel. Malls are near the station as well. We nd to walk 4mins out to nearby convenience store. Overall, hotel staff are friendly and helped in every aspects. They also provided quality toiletries eg DHC skincare products and making all guests comfortable by providing heatpacks and miso soup at the hotel entrance. Will recommend to stay due to the comfort of the hotel but not the distance.
