"We stayed at Narita Art Hotel with our family on June 30 before our flight to Sri Lanka from Narita Airport. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel was peaceful, and we had a great night’s sleep before our journey. Its convenient location near Narita Airport made our travel stress-free. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay before or after a flight."

"I had the opportunity to stay at this newly opened hotel at an affordable price. **What I liked:** The hotel has great access from the station, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was also impressed by the range of amenities and the excellent large public bath and sauna facilities. I loved it so much I wished I could have stayed longer. **What I noticed:** There was one small issue with the check-in process that left me a bit puzzled. While waiting in line, I noticed that some individuals who seemed to be personal acquaintances of the staff were being assisted before those who had been waiting longer. Additionally, some guests filled out their registration cards by hand, while others had pre-printed ones, which felt a bit inconsistent. It left me with the impression that more attention to detail could be beneficial. Also, when I asked a staff member for the location of the ice machine, they weren't able to answer immediately, which led me to mistakenly think there wasn't one available (it turned out it was exactly where the guide said it would be, near the public bath). That was a minor disappointment. I understand that it's a busy time right after opening, but the hotel facilities themselves are wonderful. I believe that once the operations are more streamlined, it will become an even more fantastic hotel. I definitely want to stay again, and I look forward to future improvements. Thank you."

"We stayed in the compact twin room, non smoking. We were given the 5th floor room. Nice view from our room. Amenities wise, just basic, toothbrush and towels, indoor slipper is quite hard on the foot, so I used my own disposable indoor slippers. Hotel staffs are not that friendly, maybe they handle too many foreign visitors, tone spoken was unpleasant to me. Despite this issue, the room is spacious for the price we paid."

"I didnt expect much but this is probably the best place ive booked here in japan. The room was spacious with more complimentaries than usual and a drink to help you sleep, also love the thick slippers. They also leave new towels, water and pjs if you didnt ask for cleaning on the day. Its near aeon mall and they have several choices there to shop and eat, theres a Round1 nearby and the highlight of my trip, the cherry blossom garden!! I came just the right time they were in full bloom, tho it was rainy for few days, it got sunny on my 3rd day, the only thing is i wish they open sooner, opening time was 10am and i had to wait before going somewhere in tokyo. I only experience train delay once when i was in tokyo going back to hotel one evening, but overall its still a good deal if ur planning to go around tokyo and stay at this hotel, travel doesnt take much rather than staying at overpriced capsule hotels"

I specifically booked this hotel for my Disneyland trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic value-for-money option near Disney, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland. 🔹 Transportation & Location As an official Disneyland partner hotel, the free shuttle bus is incredibly convenient! It goes directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea parks, takes just over ten minutes, and runs frequently without needing reservations. Even if you stay until closing, getting back to the hotel is easy – no need to cram onto a subway or find a taxi. The hotel is directly connected to JR Shin-Urayasu Station, making it easy to get to the city center. The surrounding area has a strong local vibe, unlike the desolate feeling of some pure resort areas. 🔹 Hotel Service The service attitude was excellent, and the staff were all very attentive. Check-in was efficient, and any issues were addressed quickly. There were also free snacks in the lobby, which was a nice touch after a long day of playing – a small detail that really added to the experience. 🔹 Facilities & Surroundings The biggest surprise was finding a 24-hour Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel! Coming back from Disneyland late at night, I could just head downstairs. Their yakitori is absolutely delicious, and it instantly boosted my happiness. There are also plenty of surrounding malls and restaurants, offering a rich variety of dining and shopping options. Daily needs like haircuts and buying cosmetics can all be met, and it's more affordable than in central Tokyo, giving it a very authentic local living feel. 🔹 Room Experience The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was very comfortable to stay in, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a proper rest after a tiring day. In summary, staying here for a Disneyland trip is definitely a no-brainer. Both convenience and value for money are top-notch. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit Tokyo for Disneyland."

"Had a solid stay here. First off, the location is amazing—very strategic and convenient to get around. The hotel itself is also spotless and well-maintained. The only thing that could be improved is the food. It tasted pretty standard, so hopefully, you guys can add more flavor to the menu in the future. Thanks for the stay!"

"I was traveling solo and chose this hotel because it offered airport shuttle service, but it definitely exceeded my expectations. As a Chinese traveler, I found the room facilities to be very comprehensive, and the price was incredibly reasonable. The shuttle buses to the airport, JR station, and Aeon Mall were all excellent. The drivers were very friendly; if you asked them anything while they were parked, they would answer patiently. If you're only staying one night, you could go to the JR station on the first day, as there are many fun and delicious places there. On the second morning, you could go to Aeon Mall, then return to pick up your luggage and head to your new hotel. You'd arrive around 3 PM, just in time to check in, haha. This bus seems to be a loop, which is very convenient. If I come to Japan again, I would definitely choose this place."

"The response of the receptionist was very good. I think the customer service of other staff 々 was also good. The room was clean and the bath was good. Unfortunately, it was a pity that the Wi-Fi environment was not in place and it did not reach the bedroom. Also, the big negative point is that there are two large holes in the toilet wall and it has not been repaired. Perhaps the previous customer opened and closed the door, and the doorknob hit the wall and it was concave, but I thought it was not good to keep it as it was. It is a plus to enjoy the service and cleanliness, the morning market the next morning, and there are many restaurants around, but unfortunately I will negative it because of Wi-Fi and wall holes."

"the gym was randomly super good?! we might’ve come earlier if we knew there were so many amenities. near nothing but the shuttle buses are pretty good. room was big :) originally our room had a vomit smell but they upgraded us after we complained 😅 so no complaints there didn’t visit the famima tho there was one inhouse. if i can stay here again, i will!"
