The Palace Museum

The main historical site in Beijing the former imperial palace is a large site so expect walk a lot, most of the sites are outside so weather is a factor to consider. The audio guide is a must if you want to get sense of what you see , it also has a map of the place on the back. Some times the site is very crowded, is much nicer in less crowded days.
