Punting on the River Cam

How can one miss a punting trip when visiting the historic city of Cambridge? Punting in Cambridge is one of the most classic tourist activities of the University of Cambridge. Thanks to Xu Zhimo's poem 'Saying Goodbye to Cambridge Again', punting on the River Cam has become a must-do activity in Cambridge. The punters are often students from the university working part-time, and they are quite good-looking too. The punting tour allows you to appreciate the architecture along about three-quarters of the River Cam, lasting about 45 minutes. The journey passes by 7 colleges, as well as the famous Mathematical Bridge and the Bridge of Sighs, and also goes by the representative building of the University of Cambridge—the King's College Chapel.
