Liucheng Village Yuan Kai Hall is located on the right rear side of the Town Ying Chen Gongci, built by the Chen family during the Qing Dynasty. It features a three-hall and six-beam square layout, covering nearly 3000 square meters. The main entrance is concave, with granite door frames and door sills. On both sides of the door, there are granite square columns and column bases, with the column stones directly supporting the gilded carved rosewood beams, which are based on lotus camel humps. The middle hall has a wooden screen door, with granite carved column bases and threshold boards below the screen door; on both sides of the front porch, there are granite column bases and wooden columns; the wooden columns and porch beams are shared, directly supporting the beam frame and rosewood beams. On both sides of the front courtyard of the middle hall, there are seven beam frames, and the middle hall and upper hall have courtyards with two porches in front.
