The incredible Royal palace of Madrid

The largest royal palace in Europe is in Madrid, Spain. Construction began in 1735, and it took many architects many years to construct! Visitors can wander outside, but must pay a €13 fee to enter inside. At certain times, the palace opens for free so be sure to check that out! Inside are many priceless pieces of art that date back many generations. It also contains the Royal armoury that can be traced back almost 500 years.
