Yubeng Village

Yubeng is one of the best places to hike in China (in my opinion). The 11kish hike from Xidong is a pleasant one and there are 3 main hikes from Yubeng Village. the Sacred Waterfall and Glacier Lake. both are lovely but the lake is a much tougher hike. There are 2 parts to Yubeng… upper and lower. upper is where you start the lake hike and the waterfall is from lower. leaving the village you can either hike to Ninong ( I would advise this) or back to Xidong. you can find buses from Ninong back to Deqen or Shangri La. #summervacation
