Wat Tham Suea view at MEENA Cafe

Wat Tham Suea is possibly one of Thailand's most iconic temples. Located south of Kanchanaburi city, the temple stands on a hill top surrounded by rice paddies. The temple itself is very beautiful and an experience in its own right but this post is dedicated to the nearby cafes that offer a beautiful view of the temple. My cafe of choice was the highly rated MEENA Cafe. MEENA consists of several air conditioned outbuildings which surround a central boardwalk. MEENA Cafe has carefully considered the Instagram-ability of its location and provides many areas around the property for taking perfect photos. But it's not just the views that are worthy of posting about. The cafe has a wide selection of hot and cold drinks, with the price ranging between 100-300 baht, as well as cakes and other food options.
