Bukit Merah Laketown Resort

This is the only resort located next to the Bukit Merah Water Park. The price is very budget friendly. However, it is a very old resort, most facilities were run down. My biggest disappointment was that the room had a moldy smell, not really clean, and the floor was dusty. The bathroom is more like a public washroom. Hopefully the management could do something to improve on the cleanliness and facilities. The good points are: The swimming pool has a nice scenery view. Service was fast. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Decent buffet breakfast. I like the Nasi Lemak, potato salad and toast.
