Baking Choux Pastry at ABC Cooking Studio

#winhkflight When my friend came to Singapore, I suggested we try a baking class at ABC Cooking Studio. We opted for making Caramel Butter Cream Puff, Earl-grey milk tea-flavoured choux pastry which turned out to be incredibly enjoyable. The most challenging part was piping the cream, as it demanded precision and practice to achieve perfection. Fortunately, our instructor was fantastic, offering abundant patience and thorough guidance throughout the process. Our end result left us ecstatic. I was particularly proud of my buttercream flowers, which turned out beautifully. I look forward to visiting my friends in Hong Kong, where we can explore the city together, shop, and immerse ourselves in new experiences.
