Walking in Tokyo | The night is alive, this is Shibuya!

🌟 Shibuya, one of the 23 wards of Tokyo, is a district with a distinctive personality within Tokyo. Many people know Shibuya from the loyal dog Hachiko at Shibuya Station and the famous scramble crossing where thousands cross at the same time after the traffic lights change. 👍 Shibuya cannot be considered a tourist attraction, but rather a commercial district. Sightseeing and shopping do not interfere with each other. Here, you can take a leisurely walk, feel the crowd like a rushing river, interweaving in just a few seconds, take a photo with the statue of Hachiko, and check in for memories. Besides these, Shibuya, like Shinjuku, is also known as the 'city that never sleeps.' After the sunset every day, a brightly lit nightscape unfolds here. ❤ Follow the lights towards Shibuya Station, where a different world awaits. Various pedestrian overpasses crisscross each other, and beneath the steel sky, people rush home after work. Unlike the crossroads where young people gather, this place belongs to the office workers. Rows of restaurants open their doors under the bridges, welcoming guests until late at night or dawn, when a brief quiet descends. 🍽 The sound of clinking glasses slowly fades, and the young people of Shibuya go home or continue to gather for all-night karaoke sessions, leaving me with a growling stomach. I order a bowl of savory Chinese cold noodles to satisfy my soon-to-rest body.
