Magical Waterfall Town ~ 芙蓉镇

📌 From Zhangjiajie (张家界) in Hunan, you can take a bus from the long distance bus station to just outside the town. This trip will take about 2 hours. From here, you can ask your hotel for help. Mine came to help me find a car which will take you to the town entrance for about 10RMB (you can try to negotiate), but it's only a 5min drive. Then you need to pay an entry fee into the town which will cover 3 days. ⛲️  It's a very small town and I walked around it in about 2-3 hours. There are some spas along the streets where you can get a foot massage while looking at the waterfall. In the evening, there are performances (1 free, 1 needs ticket) which are really cool to watch. And of course the waterfall! You can't come to Furongzhen and not see it at night time, it's spectacular! 🏠 The hotel I stayed at was called 江湖驿站（Jiang hu yi zhan). I found it through a friends' friend. It was a small place but very comfortable and conveniently located inside the town. 🥢 The are many small restaurants down the street and you must try the speciality food of (米豆腐）Midoufu.   📝 10/10 experience. #historicculture#waterfall#beautifulsunsets
