Hwanho Park Space Walk Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Space Walking in Pohang
I was pleasantly surprised by the city. We were supposed to go to the space walk in the afternoon but because of the heat we changed planned and went at the sunset and it was the best decision. The lightning and the view were amazing. I highly recommend going there.
Be aware that you can feel some part of the structure moving because of the wind. It's safe, but it can be impressive.
The city also is really nice, in the summer there is animations along the beach (stand, food, buskings, ...)

Bogyeongsa Temple Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
The Beauty Of Bogyeongsa Temple
#tripblazers
On the way up to the Sogeum River Observatory, I heard there were several armies, and I started from the side of the pedestrian where I could walk smoothly and have a good road for my mother who had a bad joint. It's a course that I learned through it, and it was really good. If you walk along the side of the road from the public parking lot, you will see the entrance of the pedestrian walkway. It takes about 10 minutes The course I went to was the public parking lot - 10 minutes to Bogyeong Entrance and 56 minutes The way down the Sogeumgang Observatory came down on the same course as the way up, and it took about 2 hours in total at a quick pace.

Before you go up, I recommend that you stop by the toilet that says Haewooso! Because there is no toilet on the way up. There is a slight inclination I pass as soon as I get down! The pine tree stood with great dignity. If you go up, you'll see a sign like this. We're here for the Pohang Bogyeong Falls Tour, so we're going to the place that says Yeonsan Falls. The pine tree in the middle of the river was so cool! Pohang Bogyeong Falls is composed of 12 waterfalls, and Yeonsan Falls is the 7th It's not too far away, but that's good as a walking course.

First, to get to Bogyeongsa, take a picture of Bogyeongsa on the navigation! Then, you can see a parking lot in a very large open space. Don't go up further because you're greedy, but park there It's not an uphill climb, but it's easy to walk to the flatland for about 5 minutes because the entrance comes out. Those who go to Yeonsan Falls without going to Bogyeongsa Temple must also buy a ticket. lol It's a very, very dissatisfied matter for those who only want to climb the mountain. Because the mountain is not owned by individuals, but by the state, and they pay an entrance fee to individualscrying.

I wanted to go on a winter trip to Pohang before winter goes away. So I went on a winter trip to Pohang where family can be close and far away! I've been to many courses, but the first post is Pohang Bogyeong Falls Tour! I left for Pohang early in the morning and my first destination was Bogyeongsa Temple. I heard that I visited Bogyeongsa Temple once when I was very young, but I can't remember any of it It feels like it's our first time here. On my way up, the river froze like this!! I think it's almost melted because the weather is so warm right now.

Homigot Sunrise Square Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
The Hands from the Sea and the Land
In Pohang, you can visit the famous Sangsaeng hands at the Homigot Sunrise Plaza. They are both bronze sculptures, and they were built in December 1999 to represent the Sunrise Festival (Homigot Plaza is the easternmost part of Korea and has the first sunrise each year) and the new millennium. On a more profound level, the hands were created to represent coexistence and the idea that people are living together to help one another. After all, "sangsaeng" means "coexistence" in Korean. Out of the two hands, the left is on the land, and the right is in the ocean. The message behind the hands was powerful. The hands coming out from the ground and the sea were majestic.
