This is a courtyard-style hotel, beautifully situated halfway up the mountain. Robert checked us in with excellent and incredibly patient service, explaining all the hotel facilities and nearby attractions. I was extremely pleased with the room upon entering; it was wonderfully cool and comfortable because the air conditioning had been turned on in advance. The room was also very spacious, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Any service we needed was promptly delivered by staff, and even our takeaways were brought to the room by a robot! The hotel felt very safe and secure. I saw a swimming pool below my room, but unfortunately, my itinerary was too packed to enjoy it. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

We stayed in rooms 7603 and 7609. The hotel's location is excellent, and the sea view from the sixth floor is beautiful. The service was also good. The downside is that room 03 had a strong musty smell, and in room 09, we found a small gecko. We called the service hotline, and they quickly helped us remove it, but the hotel really should do a thorough check before guests check in. The facilities are very old; the TV only showed channels and was very laggy, and it only had HDMI input, no screen mirroring functionality. The Bluetooth connection on the phone only played sound, so we just went to sleep. In the evening, we went to a nearby restaurant and tried Wenchang chicken; the coconut chicken was quite crispy, and the steamed chicken was very tender – both are worth trying. We also ordered stir-fried beef because we saw many cows on the way, but the beef was very tough, so I wouldn't recommend it. The coconut rice was also quite delicious. The next morning, we went to a nearby mountain to watch the sunrise, but unfortunately, the clouds were too thick, and we couldn't see it.

Check-in was a breeze! The front desk agent swiftly handled everything while explaining the hotel's amenities, all within two minutes. She even proactively asked about my invoice details. When I extended my stay the next day, the staff member on duty quickly processed it, updating my key card without needing me to re-verify anything. Check-out was just as smooth; the bill was clear, and my invoice was already prepared. I simply handed over my card and left. They even asked about my stay experience, which was a nice touch.

It's about a 10-minute drive from Terminal 2. The minibus was a bit small, which was inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage. The ground floor is quite spacious, and the front desk staff were nice. The room was surprisingly good, exceeding my expectations and larger than I thought. The facilities are excellent. Breakfast was very substantial, with both Western and Chinese options. Overall experience was good! 👍

The room was clean and tidy, very close to the airport, and offered a free shuttle to Meilan Airport. Even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the hotel still provided excellent service. There are also snacks and convenience stores nearby. It's a wise choice for a layover or transit.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. **Facilities:** The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, with a swimming pool, spa, and everything else you could need, including a kids' club. One thoughtful aspect of the hotel is how clearly it separates families with children from those without. Building A primarily hosts families with kids, while Building C typically has very few children. **Cleanliness:** Clean and tidy. **Environment:** Incredible sea view room, and the view from the higher floors is even more enjoyable.

I've only experienced this level of butler-like service when staying at B&Bs, but Jenny at Huacai truly provided a personal concierge experience. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive! 💗 The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was also excellent. First, the photographer's skill was top-notch; I was initially worried I wouldn't like any of the shots, but they turned out really well! Second, the two ladies at the studio were incredibly professional and provided great service, with no hard selling and clear, reasonable pricing. Experiencing the photoshoot on our last day before check-out was the perfect way to conclude our wonderful trip to Huacai.

He was incredibly straightforward and approachable, chatting with us like friends and recommending fun routes and local specialty foods in Wanning. Both the hardware facilities and the soft services were impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. Next time I'm vacationing in Wanning, Venatio will definitely be my top pick! She proactively greeted me upon arrival, was incredibly gentle and kind, and checked me in very quickly. She also took the initiative to provide details about the elevators, breakfast, and parking. When I had questions later, she was patient and thorough, always thinking ahead and being thoughtful throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warmth really added a lot to the hotel experience. Location: It's close to Century Park and the Cloud Cave Library. Many restaurants and bars downstairs are open at night, perfect for a casual drink. Breakfast restaurant: It wasn't crowded, so no waiting in line. The food was decent, and the service was prompt and friendly. Cons: Guest room: The room had a musty smell and felt old.

From introducing the hotel's environment, facilities, and dining options, to checking in daily on our stay experience, she even replenished our drinks and fruit daily, not just a one-time supply. When the room's air conditioning felt a bit warm, she immediately arranged for an engineer to fix it. Even as we were leaving, she asked if we needed any assistance. The front desk staff who checked us in were also very professional. All the service staff and employees we encountered along the way greeted us. In short, the hotel stay was comfortable, the atmosphere was great, and it felt very thoughtful. 🌸
