I stayed here for two nights in a dorm room. It was really nice. The Beds were comfortable and I met lovely people. All the staff was very nice and there was a Baguette Van which sold amazing filled Baguettes. The staff there were very friendly as well. They told me that some of their greens are actually planned on the ground as well, so it’s very fresh. Also a lot of activities on the ground. Like hammocks to chill in, a cinema room and a lot of games. Perfect for solo, couple or families. Furthermore, it is right next to the beginning of the Abel Tasmen Trek. All in all, it was one of the best hostel/camping grounds I stayed so far.

The resort is in a very good location, check-in is very convenient, the room is large and clean, there is an induction cooker, parking is convenient, and Western breakfast is included.

It's too hot, so you can live in a familiar place and feel relieved. The temperature here is always lower than the town. Went to play in the lake. The lake is particularly cold. The lake is very large and deep, although the sun is very strong, the water is still not warm. The suites in this hotel have a full set of kitchen utensils, making it easy to cook. The hotel itself has a restaurant. There is a small shop across the road that also sells food.

When I went to Wharariki beach, I chose Takaka to stay. There were fewer online reviews. I was hesitant to return to Nelson. The result was very pleasant. Full score recommendation

Booked a sea view room, they reserved a large room facing the seaside  The sound of the waves can be heard at night  Downstairs is the conservation area and the beach  The starting point for many activities is here  It is necessary to note that there are no restaurants here  It is recommended to go through the neighboring town to buy food first.

The environment has nothing to say, there are horses and alpacas, the boss is also very good, you can see the sea in the distance in the room. In a suite, two double beds and one bunk bed are very suitable for Dova families. The grandfather received us, very carefully introduced the various facilities, the room was very spacious and the shower was very good. Booked two rooms, door to door, it feels very good. Not far from the place to eat, the supermarket is not far

I'd prefer in future to have an option for later check out for a small fee, and if the room is left easier to tidy, have a system where the time it takes to clean for the next client equals to a refund or credit. Dumb idea but I tend to spend a fair amount of time before bed and in the morning of check out tidying to make it easier and quicker for servicing the room.

MMattyFIt was a comfortable room, in a good spot. Check-in is collect your own key from a lock box, which was fine. What was missing compared with similar places was a mini kitchen and sink (I didn't need it, just pointing out my Weka studio did not have one. I expect some others did)? I also missed not having a desk and the one chair was hard and wooden. There were outside chairs but no table for a drink or whatever. Overall it was fine.

CCanadian wandererThese rooms are very small. There isn’t room to open up and your suitcase open. However it was very clean and the employees couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The only amenity is a bar of soap. No shampoo, toiletries, or hair dryer. The bathroom could use somewhere to put shaving and/or cosmetic bags. The tv stations are very limited. You can walk about 1 km or a short drive to restaurants and the local pub.

GGuest UserIt was great to stay at the Happy Apple Backpackers. The owner Kelly is very welcoming and provided good advise of where to eat and go for a run. The room was clean and comfortable. I can recommend staying here ☺️

GGuest UserEin absolut fantastischer Ort. Timo hat ein Gästehaus geschaffen, in dem man vollkommen entspannen kann. Besonders beeindruckend war die Küche, die extreme gut ausgestattet ist.
