The room is really nice and the location is very good. Walking distance to railway station also to the business district. What I amazed is how helpful the reception staff is. I sent a package from another city and somehow it there was a mistake from the courier and it wasn’t arrived in this hotel on time. The reception help me to call the courier for more than 30 minutes because i couldn’t speak Chinese and I don’t have Chinese number as well.

I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English. I'm an Atour customer All Day. Thanks!

Hotel is close proximity to attractions and easily accessible to buses and metro. The hotel room was comfortable and cozy; and does provide standard amenities. The room was also properly maintained. Hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. And there was gifts when we checked out.

A good hotel very close to Zhengzhou airport. It’s not walkable, but only cost 12 RMB for a taxi (avoid the touts in the airport - follow the signs to the taxi zone and take a proper taxi). Them there’s an excellent free shuttle from the hotel every half an hour to go back to the airport. The hotel decor is looking a little old, but room facilities are excellent, and the staff very friendly and helpful, easily overcoming the language barriers.

We had a great time!, the owner and staff is very friendly and helpful to answer any questions. The room was also very nice and clean. The location of the homestay is also convenient (with a great feel), it’s very close to the ancient city and has a small park directly nearby which offers a nice scenic route. The breakfast selection is good and will be delivered to the room. We had a great and very relaxing stay. Thanks! :)

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

Good location, plenty of places to eat , shopping etc all within walking distance (5-15 minutes ) the staff were friendly , the rooms clean , the gym was better than expected also. The lobby has a small coffee shop (just as god as Starbucks but cheaper ). I didn’t try the food at the hotel but plenty of good local restaurants nearby

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service from the staff is top class and so good. They really look after their guests here and are very well trained, We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in our travels and couldn't recommend this one more, this is seriously another level. The supplies and condiments offered in the room is very comprehensive and complete. They offer order fruits and snacks at any time. They will even open the gym for you if you want to use it when it is closed. Too many examples of great customer service to write

It’s a really cute and cosy hotel. Not a big hotel. More boutique style. And it’s close to longmen grottes. Value for money. Clean and modern. It has everything you need. The service staff was really kind and helpful. The dining service - I missed my breakfast but they tried to make a small take away for me. Totally appreciated. Henan service people are really kind. Next to the hotel there is even a massage - ask the reception. It’s decent and very clean. Perfect for after all the walking around.

I really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here. Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

In between 2 Metro stations, about one kilometre from Luoyang LongMen Station. Located within an area where there are small restaurants and relatively close to Longmen Grottoes and Guan Lin Temple. Service staff was friendly. Amenities were good, with a relaxing sofa which was good for soft reading when you do not wish to get out of the room. A relaxed and wasy going vibe reverberated throughout.

Location: On the edge of Peony Square, luxurious and elegant, easy to get a taxi, polite staff, there will always be staff at the elevator entrance to help open the elevator. A little further back is the Guangzhou Market, not a road, but like a neighborhood, it is very pleasant to stroll around at night. Room: I booked a suite, very satisfied, very satisfied. There are a lot of things sent, free drinks in the small refrigerator, beer, cola, and Sprite every day. Instant noodles (2 buckets), yogurt, and snacks are sent. There is also sweet soup in the evening, please note that it is not very sweet, which is great and suitable for middle-aged and elderly people. The service was great. After calling, I was picked up at the high-speed rail station and helped with the luggage. The high-speed rail station is about 5 minutes away from the hotel. When I checked in, I was alone, so I was upgraded to a king-size bed room for free. I was very happy! The flight was at 7 o'clock the next day, and the driver was waiting downstairs at 5:20. It was eight or nine minutes away from the airport. This stay was great. Friends who have to catch a flight or land a late flight the next day, I strongly recommend staying in this hotel.

The airport service is good. Make a call and wait for the pick up. Except for a bit of smoke smell occasionally, everything is good. We didn’t have meal there. There are lots of food at street nearby.

The service is warm and thoughtful. There is a special car for airport pick-up, and there are many foods downstairs. There is a big plate chicken restaurant that is really affordable and delicious. The small portion of big plate chicken for 38 yuan is as big as a washbasin, and the bowl of stewed noodles is as big as a soup bowl. Two people can't finish it at all. The hotel towels, face towels, etc. are all disposable, clean and hygienic, safe to use, and cost-effective. Very satisfied!

It is only a 5-10 minute drive from Xinzheng Airport. It is very convenient if you arrive with a late flight or have an early flight. The hotel provides free airport shuttle. The room is a bit old, but it's still clean and very cost-effective. There are many places to eat around and there is a supermarket next door.
