The best hotel in Xinxiang The location is excellent and it is very close to the highway intersection. There are many supermarkets and food around, and all kinds of conveniences. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guards at the entrance are warm and thoughtful. The front desk beauty is considerate and meticulous. The room facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is equipped with a gym, the equipment is simple and practical, the management is orderly, and the service is in place.

Just got back from my trip during Chinese New Year. The outdoor temperature soared to around 25°C these past few days, and the room felt stuffy. Since it's a central AC system, I couldn't adjust the cooling myself. I had to ask staff to help open the windows for some ventilation (they needed special tools), which made it a bit better. The sanitary facilities were quite good, though. As for food: the hotel offers afternoon tea and an evening buffet (there were about 4 dishes, but we didn't eat it so I'm not sure about the specific items). For getting around: Metro Line 1 is right next door, so getting around was pretty convenient.

After arriving at Zhengzhou East Station, you can take a DiDi bus from the P5 parking lot. Our family of three took a DiDi there, and with the 9 RMB toll fee, it cost around 77 RMB. It was a bit far. The hotel is quite large, and the decor is decent. There were many staff members in the lobby, but only one person was handling check-ins. You have to scan and check in yourself. If there are multiple guests, you need to take photos of each person's ID and do a face scan for verification, which was not a great experience. A bunch of staff were just greeting people, but the actual check-in process is self-service. The room overall was okay, and breakfast was also fine. There were no giraffes to feed in winter. The hotel has a small train that goes to Yinji Animal Park, which is convenient. In the evening, we couldn't find a car to go out for dinner, so we took a small electric scooter. In the morning, there were DiDis available to go back to Zhengzhou city center.

這家五星級酒店住着是真舒服。大堂看着就敞亮大氣，進來就覺得挺自在的。 房間特別乾淨，床軟乎乎的，晚上睡得特香。浴室空間大，熱水來得快，洗個澡渾身都舒坦。 服務也挺好，不管是前台還是客房服務員，説話都客客氣氣的，有啥需求很快就幫着解決了。早餐種類特別多，想吃啥基本都能找着，味道也不錯。 位置也很好，酒店旁邊就有個吾悦廣場，走路就可以過去了，非常方便，退房前台小羅還詢問入住體驗給送了小禮品，服務很熱情啊，下次有機會還來。推薦

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

The hotel service was excellent all around. From the front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff to the executive lounge personnel and even the doorman, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and highly efficient at resolving any issues. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was very prompt. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the coffee was particularly good. The local specialty dishes were also quite delicious. The hotel's location is also a plus, being close to the subway, convenient for taxis, and with a supermarket right next door. All in all, I was extremely satisfied!

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

A special thanks to Ms. Carol for letting me be one of the first to experience the room cards featuring the 'Welcoming Pine'. In China, it's generally frowned upon for someone to rest without a clear purpose, but a few days of transit rest is usually tolerated by society. I was able to steal two days away from my social obligations, arriving at the hotel just a ten-minute walk from the high-speed train exit. The breakfast selection was decent, but the different sections were a bit spread out; perhaps adding more signs would help with identification. Due to strong winds, I opted for dinner at the Banyan Pavilion restaurant, and the desserts were absolutely stunning. Any small issues I raised were always addressed thoroughly and promptly. During my stays, there were always conferences and events happening daily, so their business services must be quite robust. Overall, it's a place where you can escape and relax for a few days, exceeding expectations.

Every time I come to Puyang, I will choose this hotel. The interior decoration of the hotel is very new and grand, and there are many green plants around. The staff service is very good. I changed to a lakeside room. The balcony of the room faces the lake view. It is very comfortable to sit and watch the scenery and drink tea. The breakfast variety is rich and I am very satisfied in all aspects.

I stayed at Rebecca Times Square several years ago. The service was very good. I have always wanted to stay here. This time I changed to this hotel. The hotel has very good greenery. It is very comfortable to walk around early in the morning. It is still very good. The manager at the lobby door helped with the luggage. The lady who sent pear soup to the room was very impressive. It was a very good experience. You can also wash your car at the door. The breakfast is the most comfortable meal I have eaten in Xuchang. It changes every day. There are many weddings, so it will be a little noisy. I will stay here next time.
