I randomly picked this B&B and was pleasantly surprised! I absolutely have to recommend it. Initially, I just blind-booked it on Ctrip. Since everyone recommended places near the Starlight Night Market, I chose the closest one. Later, there was a small hiccup with parking fees. However, the Ctrip customer service platform and the hotel resolved it, and I was quite satisfied with the outcome, so we didn't dwell on it. After all, the room rate wasn't that expensive. After successfully booking, a hotel concierge contacted me via WeChat to guide me through the check-in process and provide one-on-one advice on things to note and play strategies for Xishuangbanna, along with recommended local delicacies. Upon check-in, they even offered free rental of a three-piece Dai costume and a complimentary Pu-erh tea souvenir. These small details really show their excellent service. Another point is that they upgraded our family of four to a high-floor twin suite, which was about 30 square meters, very spacious, and came with a river view balcony. The appliances and furniture were all well-matched, and the environment and hygiene were excellent. They even thoughtfully prepared women's makeup remover and many disposable toiletries, as well as mosquito repellent. What surprised me the most was the incredible view from the river-view room – right in front was the Lancang River! It was National Day, and the Starlight Night Market had a fireworks show, which we could watch directly from our balcony. Downstairs, transportation was convenient; we could easily hail a taxi or rent a car right outside, and there were plenty of snacks and food stalls nearby. The night market was also only about 900 meters away. I was very satisfied with this trip, mainly because the accommodation cost wasn't high and the owner's service attitude was excellent.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the owner for the wonderful BBQ Doufu gathering they organized for all the guests. It was such a thoughtful and kind gesture, and it truly made our stay even more memorable. The effort they put into bringing everyone together, preparing the delicious food, and creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was a joy to meet the other guests, share stories, and enjoy the fantastic BBQ Doufu in such a beautiful setting. Their hospitality and attention to detail made the evening truly special. This homestay is not just a place to stay—it’s an experience filled with warmth, care, and a sense of community. We are so grateful for the memories we’ve made here, and the BBQ gathering was the perfect highlight of our time. The hotel's amenities completely exceeded my expectations. The indoor swimming pool had crystal-clear water and a comfortable environment, perfect for a relaxing swim. The outdoor hot spring was truly a hidden gem; soaking in the warm water melted away all the travel fatigue. Plus, you can feed seagulls in the park right across the street! The hotel scored full marks in terms of views, cleanliness, service, and facilities. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kunming, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip there!

Beautiful views - the rooms are simple but great for a trip to the rice terraces. We had a problem with the restaurant food on the first night but the problem was promptly resolved by the manager which was much appreciated. The goat hotpot did not come with slice d meat for cooking as expected. Instead all meat was already in the pot (quantity not enough for 2 people as mainly fat and bones which I did not enjoy eating). However the manager offered to remedy this problem by presenting a plate of sliced meat. This show good attitude in resolving problems. Highly recommended.The following evening he made good recommendations for dinner and we enjoyed the food very much.

The staff here were quite enthusiastic. They proactively helped clean the pool and manage the water, and the water temperature was adjustable. They were also very quick to respond on WeChat and even offered to bring takeout from the front desk to my room. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. First, due to the environment, there were a lot of mosquitoes. The mosquito coils weren't very effective, and I ended up with over ten bites after just two nights. Second, there might be some issues with the facilities. On my first night, the power went out in the middle of the night. This area is quite remote and there are no lights, which was really scary. Also, the smart toilet kept leaking without power, so I had to turn off the water valve. The door hinges made a lot of noise. The automatic night light was too sensitive and would turn on instantly with the slightest movement. Third, the staff might not have been very attentive; they misidentified me three times in a row (gender and last name). Despite these issues, it is indeed a natural sulfur hot spring, and I felt very relaxed after soaking. For that reason, I would still recommend it, but next time I'll choose a season with fewer mosquitoes.

We stayed at this hotel in Xishuangbanna for four nights. Our group of four families booked five rooms, and everyone was very satisfied. From the initial airport pick-up to our departure, the hotel's service was excellent. Every afternoon, they even offered complimentary white fungus soup and mung bean soup. My only regret is that the weather wasn't warm enough for the kids to enjoy the swimming pool! Everything else was wonderful. The weather in Xishuangbanna was also quite nice, making for a pleasant experience overall these past few days. It's truly an exotic city! However, the shuttle buses at each attraction were quite expensive! Some of the sights really weren't worth it!

The biggest feeling is that all the waiters in the hotel are warm and thoughtful. We have stayed in many parent-child hotels with our children, and the waiter training of this hotel is really great! The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a good location and very quiet. Especially the front desk Minnie George is also very enthusiastic, and she took the initiative to add WeChat. If you have any needs during the three-day stay, you can send her WeChat to help solve them in time. There is also a male lifeguard with braids by the swimming pool. The child's swimming ring fell in the pool. He collected it specially the next day. My mother insisted that I write down to thank him. The buffet dinner is also great. After the meal, I took the children to DIY food. I got more than one comfortable and pleasant stay experience. Our whole family had a lot of fun staying during the May Day holiday.

The hotel facilities are complete, featuring smart toilets and a projection TV. The bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and the room itself is spacious with comfortable bedding. Anything you need can be delivered right to your room by the staff. The hotel's Dian Xiang restaurant offers many Yunnan specialty dishes, including a hotpot with a central fire pit. Breakfast is also quite rich, and you can enjoy lake views and see the 'Golden Mountain in the Morning Sun' (a scenic phenomenon). Bella provided excellent service.

I stayed in the Yunjian·Qixin twin room from November 19th to 21st. As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the flowers, green plants, porcelain, bracelets, etc. in the hotel. The entire decoration was very thoughtful, high-quality and stylish, and the facilities and items were also Clean and classy. The double bed on the 2️⃣ floor has a large window with a panoramic view of flowers and green plants. The photos inside and outside the hotel are great. There are many stylish and delicious restaurants around. It is really clean and comfortable, convenient for travel, and very cost-effective. The bosses are very nice and worth coming again!

This is a very nice hotel, great location, good rooms and excellent, helpful staff. But the hotel gets bad marks in two areas. First, the food was generally very good but the Western breakfast buffet choices were nearly always cold. I tried three days in a row to get poached eggs that were not hard boiled. On the third day I got what I wanted but even then the eggs were stone cold. The second issue was the the lack of necessary security staff. The lobby bar was nice and had a young woman playing guitar in the evenings but on our second evening 4 drunks were drinking, shouting and smoking and refused to stop when the hotel staff intervened. After this things escalated and instead of having hotel security throw them out the drunks started harassing us and it got ugly so we left for our room. The hotel called our room to apologize but it was not equipped to deal with this situation and needs to have better control over their public areas. A lesson to be learned. I will be sending a separate letter to Accor management giving full details of this unfortunate event.
