"The hotel is incredibly dog-friendly. The welcome package for our furry friend was a thoughtful touch, including a birthday cake 🎂, toys, poop bags, a water bowl, a food bowl, and a dog bed. It made for a very satisfying pet-friendly trip.
The only downside was that there were definitely people smoking in the hotel. The first room we were assigned had a very strong smoke smell, and it took two requests to finally get a room change.
Also, the hotel doesn't provide disposable toilet seat covers, which I'd suggest they consider. There's no individual ventilation system either; when I asked, they said it's all part of the central air conditioning.
The best part, though, was the very convenient and free parking. Thumbs up for that!"

GGuest UserThe inn has convenient transportation. You can take a taxi directly to the door of the inn. Parking is also very convenient for self-driving. The room is relatively tidy and clean. The check-in experience is quite good. The inn is lively. The housekeeper of the inn is very enthusiastic and the service is also very good. The price is affordable and all aspects are good. There is also romance. A sentimental inn really adds to the joy of the journey.

GGuest UserI booked a staycation for my mom for Mother's Day, and my dad got to tag along too.
They said the hotel was beautiful and they were very satisfied. More importantly, they praised the thoughtful service, mentioning that every staff member was exceptionally kind and provided warm, attentive service, making them feel very much at home. They even said they'd definitely stay here again on their next visit to Tianjin. They especially complimented the check-in staff for being incredibly understanding.
The executive lounge was a bit average for them (perhaps too many desserts, and they're not big fans of sweets), but they did say the tripe dish was delicious. They really enjoyed the breakfast.
Many thanks to the Ritz-Carlton staff for giving my parents such a wonderful experience.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel offers fantastic views and a very peaceful atmosphere, which is definitely one of its biggest highlights. There are also lovely walking paths nearby. Overall, the environment is incredibly quiet, and the location is super convenient! It's only about a 20-minute drive to the airport and around 10 minutes to Tianjin Station. Another major plus is their breakfast. If you're a fan of Chinese breakfast, theirs is excellent and very distinctive! That's why I often choose to stay here.

GGuest UserI came here for the Soul Power David Tao concert. It's about a 40-minute walk from the venue, and the traffic at the beginning and end of the show didn't affect me at all. The accommodation was also very nice, clean, and well-equipped. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Tianjin for other events. The receptionist even gave me a David Tao fridge magnet as a souvenir, which was so nice!

GGuest UserI brought my two kids to the Four Seasons this time, and I *have* to give a huge shout-out to Vivian at the front desk! When I checked in, I mentioned to her that we were traveling with children and hoped for a comfortable stay. She was incredibly thoughtful and, on the spot, adjusted us to a more suitable room type with plenty of space for the kids to play freely.
But that's not all! Vivian was also incredibly considerate, proactively and thoroughly recommending nearby places to visit. She advised us on easier routes, authentic local eateries, and less crowded attractions that wouldn't be a hassle. Her suggestions were practical and spot-on, saving us a lot of trouble planning our outings. From check-in to subsequent service, every detail felt genuinely heartwarming, full of personalized care. With such a considerate and professional staff member, our stay was absolutely perfect. We're truly delighted and will definitely be back to the Four Seasons!

LLYuuuerrrThe soundproofing in the hotel room was excellent; I could only hear the evening breeze late at night. The bedding was so soft that I fell asleep the moment I lay down. Even the toiletries had a refreshing woody scent—every detail exuded comfort. The freshly made *jianbing guozi* at breakfast was incredibly authentic, with crispy fritters that crunched perfectly. Paired with a bowl of old tofu, it was a taste of Tianjin's local flavor right from the morning. Wendy at the front desk provided superb service! The room facilities were complete, and it was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient, making it incredibly good value for money.

GGuest UserA very satisfying stay. I have always wanted to bring my children here, mainly because this hotel has a children's swimming pool with a suitable temperature. I didn't expect the service to be so good, especially Manager Yan and Xiaojie at the front desk, who helped me prepare children's toiletries in advance and were very polite and enthusiastic when checking in. I will come here often when I have time.

Environment: Nice, very convenient for getting around.
Service: Every staff member was patient, meticulous, and enthusiastic. The parking attendant outside the lobby was also very thoughtful.
Couples Hot Spring: The hot spring and pool were great. The water temperature of all the pools was satisfactory. One of the pools had excellent bubble massage that really helped relieve fatigue.
Breakfast: The pancakes were super delicious, and there were many other varieties as well. The noodles were good, and the fried dough sticks were freshly made (though I didn't try them, they looked good). The breakfast restaurant had a great atmosphere.
Originally, breakfast was supposed to end at 10 AM, but the staff thoughtfully reminded us that they extended it by half an hour, closing at 10:30 AM.
It's about an hour and 40 minutes from Beijing, roughly 120 kilometers. The drive was smooth with no traffic.
I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance.
I didn't take photos of the room interior, but it was all good. The bathroom was quite large and very clean.

I didn't dare to believe that there would be unlimited fruits and drinks at the beginning, and breakfast was provided. After I checked in, I found that there were really these. The environment is also very clean, there are subway stations nearby, there are many snack bars, there is a night market, the hotel has free parking, security and waiter service is also very thoughtful, value for money.

MMichael Exploring China and BeyondWe checked into the Tuanbo Lake Hotspring Resort & Spa for one night, as we wanted to see if it's suitable for future visits.
We enjoyed our stay so much, and decided to extended our stay with another night.
The Resort is devided into two sections, with the Villa Style Hotspring Rooms on one end, and the Private Hotspring in Room ”House Soup”, on the other end.
We stayed at the ”House Soup” section, during this visit, as we wanted to enjoy our own private Hotspring in room.
Service received from all staff members were good, and they were all very courteous and efficient.
They were courtesy enough, to show us the Villa's as well.
The room was well prepared upon our arrive, and our room was decorated (Romantic Theme), as requested.
The Resort is a short drive out of the City, and it's advisable to allow ample time during your stay.
I will not recommend staying here, for one night only, but rather for a few nights if possible.
We will most definitely return, and spend more time here during longer holidays or time of work.
I can recommend this establishment to all future guests, foreign or domestic.
