Facilities: It's hard to believe that after 13 years, the COMO hotel facilities still haven't fallen behind. A good owner is truly a blessing for a high-end hotel. Environment: The environment is impeccable. Besides being secluded, there are no flaws. But isn't seclusion exactly what one seeks for an escape from the world? Service: There was absolutely no differential treatment towards Chinese guests. Every staff member made you feel well-served. I'll leave the rest to the pictures and videos. I'm very satisfied with this product launched on Trip.com.

Stayed at multiple hotels during this trip and this was the best one we have experienced, positive vibes since stepping foot to their lobby. We wished we had chose to stay here longer. The staff here not only listens to your request but offer helpful suggestions too. Facilities are sufficient for good times with the family. Peaceful and quiet vibes is a plus. Would definitely recommend this hotel for those who want a relaxing stay.

The staff were excellent, attentive and accommodated to my needs. The food at both restaurants were tremendous. Although pricier than outside, it is a must try. The scenery was great and having our own pool gave us a memorable view. We were also fortunate enough to have an upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The morning complimentary restorative yoga was relaxing. I tried the beginner muay Thai class and the instructor Guy was fun and and patient. My partner mentioned the body scrub and massage was one of the highlights of the stay.
