"Traveling solo, I was looking for a safe and not-too-old place, and I found this one. It's clean and new! The receptionist mentioned it just opened, which explains the lack of reviews. So, I'll review it myself – it's absolutely fantastic, 10/10/10! The location is great, there's plenty of food nearby, and the staff are incredibly nice."

"The hotel's location is far from Patong center. This translates to higher taxi fares, which you can consider when comparing it to other hotels. We stayed for 3 nights, booking the day before our trip because we didn't have many options, and we paid approximately 350 USD. This did not include breakfast or meals. We requested hand soap for 3 days, but it wasn't provided. Cleaning was done daily, towels were changed, and free water, tea, and coffee were provided. Despite all this, no soap was provided :D The staff were friendly and helpful. They take a deposit upon arrival and return it upon departure. The hotel doesn't offer massage/spa services. There's an outdoor pool in the middle. We didn't see a gym either. If you ask me if I would stay again, the answer is no, but if you don't want to pay high prices for last-minute bookings, you might choose this hotel like we did."

"A very cozy place with amazing staff. It's super clean and everyone is so friendly. We were able to check in early without any extra charge. They even provide special towels for the beach. You can also book and enjoy a wonderful massage right in the same building. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"I was amazed by the quietness of the room - the soundproofing is excellent, and the room is new, making it very refreshing to live in. The surrounding area is lively but not noisy. The swimming pool, service, and surrounding supermarkets and bars are faultless, and I will come again next time."

"A nice, new, clean hotel. We stayed for a night. Nice new furniture. New plumbing. The area is more for Thais. The rating was lowered due to the smell of sewage in the bathroom. Also, the hotel offers bank rentals. Don't get fooled, there aren't any. They're just middlemen with broken banks for an exorbitant price."

The room was clean and tidy, with both hardware and software configurations prioritizing comfort. The environment was peaceful, perfectly suiting the relaxation needs of an island vacation. The most crucial reason I chose this hotel was the availability of Chinese service at the front desk, making it the only option among many I compared where I could communicate in Chinese without any barriers. Being able to communicate with staff from my home country in a foreign land reduced language barriers and added a sense of familiarity. Whether it was for check-in procedures, local itinerary inquiries, or travel tips, the staff patiently answered my questions, and their advice was practical and helpful. There was no need to rely on translation software or struggle to decipher meanings; the entire communication process was easy and smooth. This front desk staff member was kind and meticulous, easing the unfamiliarity of traveling alone and making the journey much smoother. I have already recommended this hotel to friends planning to visit Phuket. If I ever return to this area, this will still be my top choice for accommodation. I also hold a gentle hope that, if fate allows, whether I return to the island or have another opportunity to meet, it would be wonderful to see them again."

"Me and a friend recently stayed here as we needed a last minute room with two beds in the Phuket Old Town area. This room had everything we needed and the sleep was a good, so I can’t fault the mattress or pillows. The room was clean, and did the job, and the price was reasonable, especially for two people last minute. The location is also very close to Phuket Old Town area which is ideal. Overall, not the sort of place that you’d get excited about staying at, but overall a decent experience."

"The only amenities provided are a toothbrush set and a hair dryer, so it's best to bring anything else you need. The room was relatively clean. The male front desk clerk who helped me was very kind."

"The hostess and her aunt met me.The room was settled even earlier 😁👍👍👍👍❗️ The room is on the quiet side as I asked when the settlement was made.Noise was heard.The safe was not present.At my request, was taken to the room, Exactly one hour later.I asked for additional hangers, brought an additional set of 20 pieces 😁😁😁 within 5 minutes .All fast, operational.The impressions from the hotel and from the hostess remained the GOODS! "This must be a new hotel, as there weren't many guests during my stay. The room was very clean, and it even had a living room. The bed and hot water were both excellent. I only stayed in Phuket Town for two days because I was heading to Similan. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. However, despite multiple attempts, they wouldn't allow me to smoke on the balcony, insisting I use the ground floor lobby only – not even the second-floor lobby was permitted. It felt a bit inflexible."
