Ebenezer Hotel

The room isn't huge, but it's enough for a comfortable stay. The bed was made daily, mineral water was replenished, and towels were changed. However, the facilities are quite old. The hotel lobby looks nice though. There's a convenience store right outside the hotel, and the beach is indeed very close. There are also plenty of dining options and places to explore nearby.

The hotel's cleaning service was terrible. Every day, they only emptied the trash and didn't tidy anything else. On the first day, they didn't even make the bed. Later, after emptying the trash, they didn't put the bin back in its place. Even after I specifically hung the 'please clean' sign, all they did was make the bed. They even threw my clothes on the floor. Bottles on the table that had fallen over weren't even righted; it looked exactly like the picture when I returned. They also gave me two empty pillowcases. What's the deal with that? Do guests in Jeju have to put on their own pillowcases? I've never stayed in such a bad hotel. The air conditioning was extremely loud, constantly rumbling. I will never come back.

The room was quite small; once the luggage was in, there was no space left in the aisle. The bedding was indeed not clean, so I brought my own disposable sheets and duvet cover. The toilet water pressure was too low. However, the shower pressure and air conditioning were good, and the mattress wasn't too soft. Overall, it was fine just for sleeping. The biggest advantage is that the beach is right across the road, perfect for kids who love playing in the water and sand. There's a faucet and air gun right outside the hotel entrance to clean up before going back to the room. Plus, dining and shopping options nearby are very convenient!

I was quite worried about the hygiene issues mentioned by some reviewers and even brought my own sheets. However, I was very satisfied with the hotel's location, the view from the window, and the large island counter in the room. The cleanliness was a bit lacking, but it didn't really bother me. The staff were also very friendly.

First off, the room was tiny, but that's typical for Korea, so I didn't mind too much. However, the cleanliness was really an issue. There was a double eyelid sticker on our desk, and a brown stain on the duvet. Check-out is at 11:00 AM, but check-in isn't until 3:00 PM, and I have no idea what they're cleaning for those few hours. The service attitude was also quite poor. It's old, small, and yet they call it a 'luxury sea view room.' It's far worse compared to other countries. I guess that's just how things are in Korea.

The hotel's location is excellent. We booked a family room with a perfect sea view, and the beach is just across the road downstairs. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it ideal for a relaxing beach getaway. The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are a bit old, but still acceptable. Overall, it was a good stay.

After a 30-minute drive, we arrived at the Ebenezer Hotel. Following a tip from Xiaohongshu, I found a female receptionist and directly requested a high-floor room, which she happily granted. My friend, who asked a male receptionist, ended up on the third floor. The universal adapter that came with my data SIM card didn't work, so I went to the front desk to rent one, and the service was still very friendly.

Extremely satisfied! After lunch, I was able to check in early at 1 PM for 20,000 won. Got a room on the 6th floor with a fantastic floor-to-ceiling window view! It really felt like a vacation. Very convenient for beach activities, and there's plenty of food and shopping nearby. Highly recommend staying here!

I was upgraded from a partial sea view to a full sea view room, but it was on the 2nd floor, which I accepted as I wasn't particular about a high-floor sea view. However, the view from the second floor isn't as good as higher floors due to a platform blocking some of the sightline. The location is perfect; the sea is right downstairs, and there's a foot-washing station by the hotel entrance.
