Wonderful new hotel. Amazing breakfast and hotel restaurant. The room was cleaned daily with all necessities replaced. My husband and I stayed during the off-season, and when it rained, they laid out mats for comfortable movement around the hotel. Special recommendation for the massage – everyone should try at least the 30-minute program.

Had a wonderful holiday at this hotel. A special thank you to all the staff for being so warm and friendly. We were traveling with a toddler of over one year old, and everyone was so great with him. A huge thanks to Cherry—she was always so thoughtful and attentive, doing her best to accommodate all our requests, and our child loved her. Also, a big shoutout to Sky, the lady with glasses, blush, and a ponytail, the plump gentleman with curly hair who made the toast, and many other lovely staff members whose names I can't remember. We also met a short-haired lady by the pool who warmly greeted our child and even had an elephant towel prepared in our room for him. The spa here is also highly recommended; Ms. No has amazing massage techniques. The environment, cleanliness, and food here are all great. The beach is uncrowded, beautiful, and a great spot to watch the sunset. The only minor drawback was that the kids' club was under maintenance without prior notice. We had specifically booked this hotel after seeing photos of the club, only to find it closed upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the hotel didn't provide any birthday perks for guests, which some other hotels do. Having that would have made the stay even better~ All in all, I miss everything here and gave it a 5-star review across the board. Thank you to every single staff member.

Great gym and, above all, fantastic full board. Huge breakfast buffet, followed by à la carte options for the other meals.

This hotel is like a resort with many swimming pools and a 24-hour gym. Overall, it offers great value for money!

Great service, helpful and accommodating staff. It's a comfortable hotel to stay in, the only downside is its location, which is far from key areas.

The accommodation was great! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very pleasant to stay in. The staff were all lovely, always smiling, and provided excellent service. The breakfast was mediocre in taste and had quite limited options, though I'm not sure if that's because it was low season. It would be much better if there were more food choices. The area around the hotel doesn't have many attractions or restaurants, just construction projects everywhere. However, there's a 7-Eleven not far from the hotel, which is a plus. Overall, I really, really liked the hotel! Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable. And thank you for the room upgrade and the birthday cake! I will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.
