GGuest UserWas very happy with this hotel it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked they got in touch to offer any assistance and communication was always quick and helpful .
On arrival , check in was smooth and quick , our bags were taken straight up to our room and then we were escorted by one of the receptionists to show us the room and how things worked .
All the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the lovely ladies on reception who gave us a map and explained options to tour the sights , no hard sell just honest and helpful . They always said hello and greeted us nicely whenever we returned . They would jump up and press the lift button when they saw us approaching the front door so we didn’t have to wait for the lift .
Breakfast was good , again very helpful and polite staff they were quick and efficient. Housekeeping was also vey good and they kept the whole place clean and tidy .
Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again.
Thank you for a wonderful stay !

Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable.

MMinxuanThe space design is novel, the room is clean and bright, and the welcome drink and fruit are delivered when the chick is in, full of sincerity! The owner is a bunch of young couples, kind and kind, the preferential price also includes breakfast, the co value is very high 👍! If there is a trash can and noodle carton in the room, it will be even better!

ААлександр ВоронинThe hotel owner's practical approach and business acumen have allowed her to strike the perfect balance between the amenities tourists desire and the price they're willing to pay.
She ensures the room and hotel are impeccably clean, with regular housekeeping, fresh linens, and delicious breakfasts.
The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions and shopping areas.
The owner is attentive to guests' requests and always finds solutions to any issues that arise.
It's safe to say that the hotel owner is an exemplary modern Vietnamese woman.
Choosing this hotel guarantees a pleasant stay in Hue.

GGuest UserA haven for my soul !!!
I accidentally discovered Va Riverside Retreat, and it turned out to be a hidden haven along the peaceful Huong River. The scenery here is simply serene—watching the golden sunset reflected on the water and waking up to the sound of birds at dawn felt like stepping into another world. Besides relaxing in the refreshing pool, I also had the chance to try paddle boarding on the river. One of the most unique moments was listening to the mystical melodies of the Hầu Đồng ceremonies drifting across from Hon Chen Temple—a truly authentic touch of Vietnamese culture. The local breakfast was delicious, simple yet full of flavor, and made the mornings even more memorable. What stood out the most was the staff—they welcomed me like family, making me feel at home even though I was far away from mine.
If you’re looking for more than just a stay, but an experience that touches both your senses and soul, I highly recommend coming here. Discover it as I did, and perhaps you’ll enjoy it even more than I did.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hostel was clean and the rooms were very well designed.
The staff was friendly.
The location was in the middle of the touristy area so it can be kinda loud around.
We had a bad experience with doing laundry in the place though, we're backpacking and going around Vietnam on our motorcycle, and we needed to have almost all of our stuff washed as we've been on the road for a while, the rate was 80k for 5kg, we sent in 5.4 kg and got charged 100k, while getting dressed for adventure next morning we found out that all clothes that had a stain on them had the same exact stains and even more stains from detergent (one of the jackets had a sticker on it, and when we got it back it still had the sticker so idk if it was even washed), we sent them back again, got them back later and they were still very unclean and had the same stains on them, I talked to the staff but my issue was not resolved and I had to do laundry again in the next city.
It was kinda wasteful for our time and money tbh, but otherwise the place was nice.
8.8/10
Very Good
GGuest UserThe location is truly excellent. It's situated right on the Huong River, with the palace (ruins) and the city center just across the water. There's also a well-maintained jogging path, and the night views are beautiful. The hotel itself is a historic building, and I think anyone with a fondness for a touch of nostalgia would love it. The breakfast is also superb. In particular, you can enjoy cuisine from the ancient city of Hue, and it retains a charming feel from the French colonial era.

MMercyWhen we got there, we welcomed so warmly by Han on the receptionist, a very good man who packed our breakfast the next morning because our flight was leaving so early. The staff was really welcoming, the rooms are clean, the pool is amazing and the food was great.

IIRINAOSThe hotel is a bit run-down. Overall, it's decent for 1600₽. The towels are pristine white. The bedding, although white, isn't perfect – some pilling here and there, and it's not cotton. There's hot water and a hairdryer.
The street closes at night and they ask you to move your bikes. You won't be able to sleep until 10-11 PM because of the loud music on the street and karaoke at the neighboring hotel.
They really helped me out in the morning – the lady at reception lent me a helmet for a while 🙏🏻 Thank you!

LleemypWe booked rooms for 1 night only, but faced multiple problems.
1. They rent bikes till midnight only! But nobody told us that information. And the next day in the early morning (7.40 am) I got a message from a reception with ”if you keep bikes now we are going to charge you for one more day”. Day before I asked at reception ”should we bring bikes back before chekout” and answer was OK! So remember that you have to bring it till midnight, if you rent for 1 day only. Otherwise they tell you that you rent for more than 1 day! And probably no one is going to say you this information before.
2. I paid all the prices online, but at checkout they asked me to pay by cash... So actually it was kinda annoying, cause we waited for a taxi, but i had to explain that I already paid online.
3. So there were few little mistakes/misunderstandings. For example my friends ordered breakfast while check-in, but tomorrow morning stuff said ”you didn't order breakfast” and stuff like that. Small problems, but it was a lot of them
But my room was nice, clean and with a perfect view.
The area is quiet and calm, but not much food around, you have to drive/walk for it.
