Sand on floor on arrival. No towels at alll in the bathroom. I called reception for towels. Ok. Next day, the cleaners clean the room and remove the used towels but didn’t replace with new ones. Again I have to call reception to bring towels. My 3 nights there, the cleaning of the floors was really poor. Floors were not swept and I could see hairs on the floor. Ok. They were my own hairs, but still. Sweep the floor! Cleaners also do not remove used porcelain cups with clean cups. The furniture, and bedding are really nice. But shame about the poor cleaning job. Also, there is no place to hang up the towels in the bathroom. Very odd.

This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around. Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too. All the below are within walking distances

The room we had was quite big and it was very spacious. The beds and the bathroom were clean, but everything was rather old. Nevertheless, we would definitely recommend staying there and would book it again! Unbeatable for the price.

Next to the hotel is the scenic Leitai Han Tomb, the horse stepping on the land of the swallow. The room is also quite big, clean and tidy, and there is bottled water in the corridor to drink very convenient [Sun][Sun] Southerners can't stand the dry climate, the hotel also specially equipped with a humidifier and filled with water The first time I went to Wuwei on a business trip, I felt that Wuwei people were very friendly, kind and simple. Have the opportunity to come back!

Our stay was excellent. We arrived at night, very tired after a long journey, and were warmly and efficiently welcomed. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The service provided by all the staff—from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast area—was consistently kind and professional. A great advantage was the self-service laundry facilities, which allowed us to wash our clothes conveniently. Another highlight was the varied buffet breakfast: everything was fresh and delicious, and we truly enjoyed it—trying a few new dishes for the first time! The location is outstanding, just across from the station. We would gladly stay here again without hesitation and will certainly recommend it.

Stayed with the baby for one night, the experience was full! The hotel's facilities are very intimate, children's slippers and toiletries are prepared for the children, the bed is very soft and comfortable, and the children sleep well all night. The location is also suitable for families, there are parks and shopping malls nearby, and there is no worry about walking the baby. The staff is very gentle to the children, the whole service is very intimate, the price is super high, the first choice for parent-child travel!

I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! The location is super convenient, making it easy to go shopping and dining. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable – all my travel fatigue vanished the moment I lay down. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions, and check-in and check-out were incredibly fast. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city! Coinciding with New Year's Eve, the hotel even gave out small gifts, which was just delightful.

The hotel's exterior and interior are beautiful, the rooms are large, the hot water is good, and it's quiet. The front desk and floor staff are friendly and polite. There is a free midnight snack, and the breakfast has a wide variety. The boiled noodles are delicious, and the milk is also fragrant.

They offer a pick-up service, which is a plus. The location is decent; there's a bus stop for Mingsha Mountain right near the hotel. However, it seems newly renovated and there's a bit of an odor. The room layout is impractical; the sink is right by the door, and the bathroom is tiny. Our room directly faced another room across the hall. It feels like Yuntian (the hotel next door?) is affiliated with this one, and the front desk outside seemed more organized than the one inside. The hotel breakfast is just average. I have to specifically mention this: we stayed for three nights, and on the third day, we had to catch an early train, so we got a packed breakfast. Not only was there very little food, but for two breakfasts, they only gave us one bag of milk that was very close to its expiration date – only two days left, so we didn't dare drink it and threw it away. The two vacuum-sealed bread slices didn't even have a date on them. Staying at this kind of hotel feels like winning the bad lottery. Out of all the places we stayed on this Northwest trip, besides the one in Chaka Town, this was by far the worst.

Excellent hotel with good hygiene. The air conditioning is individually controlled, so you can adjust the temperature to your liking, unlike radiators which can get too hot. Any issues in the room were promptly resolved by the front desk.
