3-Star Hotels in Inner Mongolia, China

If you're visiting Huitengxile Grassland, you *have* to stay here! I spent ages looking online and was worried about mosquitoes before I arrived, but it exceeded all my expectations – I barely saw any bugs. The rooms are really cozy, and the unique yurts and bonfire party gave my kids a special experience. Plus, a huge bonus is that they have a restaurant with excellent capacity, no problem serving over a hundred people at once. It's a fantastic choice for families with kids! ✌🏻

I had a pleasant stay at this place. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the manager was exceptionally kind and welcoming. The service was also friendly and attentive. Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, the food was tasty and enjoyable. Another thing I appreciated was that the hotel was not overcrowded, which made the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommend Xingchen Muju in Huitengxile! It's right next to the flower sea, making it super convenient to get to Huanghuagou. The rooms are clean and fresh, with separate wet and dry areas, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The stargazing yurt on the third floor has an amazing ambiance, and you can overlook the entire grassland in the evening. The owner and staff are warm and attentive. Breakfast offers authentic Mongolian cuisine, and parking is easy for those driving. It's definitely a top choice for accommodation on the grasslands.

This was my first time staying in a family room, and as soon as I walked in, I felt the layout was very convenient. The front desk lady checked me in quickly and gave clear directions when I asked how to get around. It was also easy to get a taxi from here or go to the East Station 🙂 The room was comfortable to stay in. The bedding was neatly made, felt very soft to the touch, and both the pillows and duvet were clean and dry. I slept really well at night, and the soundproofing was good too; outside noises barely bothered me at all 😌 The gym was a pleasant surprise. It was clean and bright, and the equipment was sufficient for a daily workout. It was very convenient to go and get some exercise after a long journey, and it didn't feel stuffy in there 🏋️ The breakfast variety was richer than I expected, with both hot and cold options, all tasty. Overall, my stay was very hassle-free, suitable for family trips or an overnight stopover 😊

The location is fantastic, very close to all the nearby attractions, and within walking distance. It's right next to 'Shaomai Street' and Jokhang Temple. The front desk staff are all really welcoming and helpful, and the self-service coffee is a nice touch! They even gave our child a breakfast voucher. 😊😊 I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. There are local specialties all around. The front desk is very friendly and helpful. The room decoration and equipment are also very modern. There are gyms and self-service laundry rooms. It is very suitable for people who travel frequently. The hotel also has a buffet breakfast with rich variety and excellent taste! Worth recommending! The campsite offers shuttle services, and they handle luggage transfer both ways. The kids absolutely loved it! The rooms are spacious enough for easy movement, and the staff were all incredibly patient. They even provide sandboards. There's a dedicated guest lane for the cable car, which made it fun for both kids and adults. We'll definitely be back!

Both lunch and dinner were excellent, and we were especially impressed by the Lamb Bao served at breakfast. Overall, the service and warmth from the people were genuinely good. That said, all the costs were quite expensive compared to what I'm used to after living and traveling in China for more than 10 years. I would recommend the horse riding off the main area, as they suggest, but the Happy Ranch was not that fulfilling—most of the rides and activities there weren't worth the time or money. That's an external activity though, so no discredit to the hotel itself. While we didn't end up using the actual amenities, the hospitality and cultural performance alone made the visit worthwhile.
