3-Star Hotels in Matanzas, Cuba

The location of the hotel is okay, facing the Central Park, but the hotel is just average. I would rather stay farther away and drive to Mantaza to see it (there is not much to see in this place, so you can stay here or not)

My experience with the reservation of this hotel has been horrible, since I reserved a type of standard room and when I arrived at the hotel reception, they assigned me the room in the economic section that is located two blocks from the facilities of the Starfish Cuatro Palmas hotel. They are like accommodations apart from the main hotel, disappointing, at the hotel in Cuba they tell me that on trip.com where I made the reservation, they are not very explicit when making the reservation, they do not give you all the details, the The door of the room that leads to the balcony, had problems closing, we had to move almost two streets to go to the hotel, where the restaurant, pool and other services were, the experience was horrible

房間和床單都還比較乾淨，但是枕頭一股黴味，酒店已經盡力把最好的給遊客了。沒有停電，吃的東西冷盤很多，因為我感覺不太乾淨所以沒有什麼可吃，每天會有豬肉和雞肉供應，沙灘非常非常漂亮舒適，工作人員也非常熱心，有免費網絡，網速的話，辦公也夠用了。

This hotel is very good, well equipped, rich in dishes, and good service is that there are as many flies as other hotels in Baladero.

This is the second time at the hotel, the food is good, the bar is not bad, there was no toilet seat in the room, before lunch the water in the shower was cool, a good level for an inexpensive hotel

The facilities were good enough for what you pay. I should not complain about the food since given the circumstances they did their best to keep us fed at all times. In fact, they offered a large variety of meat and veggies, desserts, etc. On the other hand, for heavy drinkers, this place should be an oasis since you can have access to all the alcohol you want at all times. My husband certainly loved that fact. Regarding the entertainment, the first night with dance performers was good, however, the second one with singers was not. I think they should work harder on this issue. If you want a get away from Havana, this is definetely the place to stay. A very relaxing,enjoyable spot for honey mooners or loners who simply want to have time on their own.

hotel is using pictures of swimming pool, which they do not have. it belongs to other hotel and if you want to use it, than need to pay extra 35 usd/day per person. Breakfast choice was fine, room clean and with working AC, but...located between 3 night clubs/disco. that means loud music every day between 9pm and 4 am. Even strongest clubbing lovers were tired. breakfast and check in has place in other hotel. in general, I do not recommend.
