We arrived late in the evening and we were unsure what lay in store for us. when we woke up we were so delighted. The hotel is spotlessly clean and right on the beach. Our room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. We slept soundly each night with the waves lulling us to sleep. The beach is simply beautiful with crystal clear water. Breakfast is fine with a choice of hot and cold foods. Nothing spectacular but perfectly acceptable. The coffee was actually good. We didn’t have any evening meals at the hotel so I can’t comment on that. There is a restaurant right next door that does really lovely fresh fish and Turkish dishes at a very reasonable price. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and never failed to want to help. I can definitely recommend this hotel particularly how reasonable it is and the beautiful beach. You won’t be disappointed.

I chose this hotel because I was looking for something in Nissi Bay that had self catering facilities. (not that I do any cooking) Our ”bungalow” was actually a first floor apartment located just across the road from the main building. The nearest shop is about a minutes walk away and was still open when we arrived at 1am which was very handy for a cold bottle of wine to drink whilst unpacking! The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is not fancy but it is very nice. Breakfast was ok, but as with most buffet food it is just not hot enough. The pool area is really nice with lots of sunbeds. Food and drinks from the bar were good and reasonably priced. You do need to take your own beach/pool towels as these are not provided. The position of the hotel is great and for us this was the perfect choice, we like to eat out and there are lots of restaurants from the door step all the way down to the harbour. This hotel is perfect for couples and for families and good value for money.

Modern and well maintained apartahotel, in a strategic position to visit Agia Napa. Big and with everything you need. I didn't try the restaurant but it had a large selection. The only downside was that the shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom were empty. I would go back without a doubt.

An absolutely amazing hotel. I cannot say in enough words at how this hotel ticks ALL the boxes. It is spotlessly clean, the location is a few mins from the beach and the rooms are decently sized. The staff are friendly, kind and so helpful. The breakfast buffet is off the scale in terms of choice and quality. The dinner is delicious with a themed buffet (i.e. Mediterranean, Asian, etc) every evening. The evening entertainment is wonderful with really talented singers. Alot of thought has been put into the layout of the pool and dining area with lots of bean bags and different spots to lounge, smoke (shisha) or drink. The ambience is lovely both day and night. It was difficult to leave the hotel in the daytime as it was so chilled and provides ample opportunities to relax. At this point, I have to mention the gorgeous cats that are being looked after by the hotel and staff. The cats are absolutely adorable. Each has its own character. For those of you with allergies etc, please, PLEASE, do consider the good work this hotel is doing for these animals. This is an amazing act as the alternative is they would be suffering on the streets, hungry and neglected. It is a luxury after all that we get to take holidays, etc 😊 Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and almost certainly will be returning. Thank you to all at Nissi Park hotel.🙏

We had a fabulous holiday here, the staff were all very friendly and helpful especially Danielle, Georgi, Costas, Nick, Liza too many to mention, cleaners were fab, room cleaned and clean towels every day, room was huge and view was amazing. Food fantastic always something different every day, cocktails amazing even the wine tasted like wine! Would highly recommend for couples/ adults, pool too small for families unfortunately, otherwise just all brilliant! Beautiful sandy beach ten minute walk away. Thankyou for making our stay so wonderful!

My friend and I visited here on a week long stay. We found the hotel as part of a TUI holiday pack including breakfast. The room was lovely, noisy at night from the bars on the ***** but understandable and honestly very handy with everything being in a nice walking distance so it didn’t bother us. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with interchanging items, all so fresh. We enjoyed lounging at the pool, it was never too busy enough not to get a lounger and there was also the option to pay €30-50 for premium loungers if that was your thing. Shoutout to Ghana, pool waiter, he worked non stop the whole week, always so so kind and friendly… me and my friend nearly wanted to work his shift for him we felt so bad 🤣 all the staff were so pleasant and helpful, with the chef even cutting up our watermelon from the supermarket and packaging it as we didn’t have a knife lol.

Perfect location , Nice size of clean up rooms completed with comfortable beds .Every morning very tasty breakfast with champagne for a high morning taste. Free parking also available in front of hotel for those who decides to hire a car. Restaurants and I can say best restaurants are in a walking distance. Harbour and beach are round the corner . Definitely I recommend this beautiful hotel.

Fantastic freindy destination for a good holiday made to feel welcome by the,bar staff Tommy top lad, always greeting you by name.which must have been difficult for him, good few sue& Paul's food absolutely delicious full English breakfast and smashing Cyprus chips,👍👍👍🍺🍺🍺 Cyprus 🍺🍺🍺 well worth the price refreshing.family owners who go out of the way to, make the experience of the nappa prince,a holiday never to forget very friendly staff domestics , reception helping you to sort out any problems,in my opinion you will never be getting.pool towels supplied snacks just ask, with the keen staff, stayed out late one night and missed our breakfast, got offered a cheese toastie,that's how kind the Nappa prince is, very happy quest's who returned year, after...who mix and are very happy to see everyone new and old,,,our apartment room 101 b,,, block, overlooking the gardens...sue is on her way to hays travel and booking,,a 3week stay for next year, only a 40 minute slow stroll to the square,if you wanna be a party animal 💫🙈🙉🙊🍺🍺👍👍 prince as a good selection of people who are thier to enjoy the holiday , highly recommend the nappa, prince thats why we can't wait to get back

Don’t be put off by negative reviews. We stayed here from 13th July for 4 nights and the only thing we can fault is the room not being cleaned. The room itself was very spacious and modern, we requested a pool view on booking and got one. The only negative thing we have to say is that the room didn’t get cleaned the whole time we were there but when we asked for fresh towels and bin bags there was no issue in getting them. The food and drinks here are reasonably priced and the portion sizes are big. The area that the hotel is in is a quiet area about 4 minute walk to Ayia Napa square which we found nice as you weren’t amongst the hustle and bustle constantly. The bar and housekeeping staff were amazing and very accommodating.
