We were a group of four, and the apartment was spacious. It had a mini-kitchen fully equipped for cooking. It was a super short, 3-minute walk to the Gudauri gondola lift, very close indeed. The Spar supermarket was only a 1-minute walk away, so the location was incredibly convenient. The apartment also came with a locker for storing sports equipment. It was warm inside, with several radiators for heating, plenty of electrical outlets, and a washing machine. The owner handed us the keys and had everything ready for us, and was always in touch. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! 👍 The only minor drawback was the lack of a simple foldable drying rack for clothes. We had to dry everything on the backs of beds and chairs. Such a small thing would have made our stay even more comfortable. 😃

This was the first guesthouse I chose in Kazbekistan. The location was actually quite good; it was very close to the minibus station and other public transportation hubs, about a 10-minute walk. There was also a market nearby, seemingly unremarkable from the outside, perched on a high platform. Many tourists bought food and water there because there weren't many restaurants, making it difficult to choose. The main advantage was the location. Lying in bed watching the sky slowly turn red and rise was incredibly pleasant. This place didn't have an elevator, and the soundproofing was terrible. With guests checking in at night and early risers in the morning, you could hear a lot of noise, waking me up. You can't expect too much from a guesthouse.

I also used the restaurant at dinner, but it is recommended to use it once because it is seasoned well with the wine of Chatomfrani with the baptized taste. The sauna is Finnish style and it feels good to be able to raise the room temperature by yourself. The spa has a bath and a cold bath, so it is good to use it after entering the sauna. As a recommendation, check in early. I would like you to enjoy the spa, restaurants, and Chatomfrani wines and make your stay luxurious.

The owner is very kind. It was my bad day but the owner made me happy. I didn't bring any cash but the owner took me to the ATM and stopped by the supermarket for me to buy some food. I highly recommend this place. The owner even lit the fireplace for me. It's a warm place and you can cook. The owner is a kind and lovely person. I am very happy to stay here!

Очень уютный новый отель! Долго думали забронировать его или соседний популярный отель, выбрали этот и не пожалели. Натуральные цвета, дерево. Наслаждались каждой минутой там. Территория красивая, на следующий день пришли лошади)

The location is perfect with the best view of Kazbegi and Gergeti off in the distance. The host was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
