3-Star Hotels in Fergana, Uzbekistan

This hotel has three advantages - location in the center, cleanliness and comfortable beds. The rest are shortcomings: - Cheats in booking. Pictures in booking - from a modern hotel. In fact, they are set in a frankly Soviet hotel, even furniture in the rooms Soviet! Everything is so old that when I sat on a chair - it collapsed under me. Okay, though not quite - fixed; ”You ask a quiet room with windows to the yard - they sit in a room with windows on the road. Okay, we changed the room; ” air conditioners is a disaster! Three nights out of six I didn't sleep much because the air conditioner worked in the next room. Very noisy work; - Wifi periodically refused to work, and once turned off electricity; ”Cleaning is done as the cleaners want. When I finished the toilet paper, I had to ask her to put in the room. They said yes, now it will be - and so haven't done anything; - Breakfasts are uniform and unscented. Until the foil caught in the juice. Okay, not a cockroach. If there is an opportunity - avoid this hotel, it requires repair and training (replacement) of staff.

Отличный отель. Очень жаль, что у меня получилось провести там только одну ночь. По прилету в Фергану сразу поехал на экскурссию, поэтому в отель заселился уже поздно вечером. Номер шикпрен, он просторный, новый и чистый. Все необходимое имеется. Отдельно хочется отметить сад и бассейн. Пользовался только ночью, мне любезно разрешили искупаться уже после закрытия, за что отдельная благодарность. Бассей большой, круговой, можно плавать по кругу, в центре бар. Большое количество мест отдыха, диванные зоны, беседки, лежаки. Вообщен огорчен, что не повалялся днем))) Про завтраа ничего сказать не могу, не был. Но что то мне подсказывает что он был великолепен))) Гид отметил мой прачильный выбор отеля, что это один из лучших вариантов. Меньшую оценку поставил за расположение. Оно действительно не совсем удоброе. Не смотря на этот факт, вспм советую остановиться именно в этом отеле)))

Проживали 2 дня, отель понравился, тихо, прохладно, уютно. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак. Красивая зона для завтрака, все в живой зелени. Кофе вкусный. Пешком можно дойти до центрального рынка, до центрального парка с каруселями. Недалеко (по дороге к мечеть Джами) есть кафе где питаются местные жители, там очень вкусно и не дорого. Были минусы, но мы на них внимания не обращали, например вода на полу в ванне подтекала, и вид из окна был «в стену». Спортзал работал, а вот зона СПА-нет.

This stay truly exceeded all my expectations; I absolutely have to give this hotel a perfect five-star review! First, let's talk about the location. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or public transport, both are very close. The surrounding area has a complete range of shopping centers and restaurants, so you don't have to worry about shopping or dining. In the evenings, taking a stroll outside feels quiet and safe. The check-in service was an added bonus. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, processing everything quickly without any unnecessary or complicated procedures. They proactively informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and the Wi-Fi password. They even thoughtfully recommended local attractions and authentic snacks worth trying. Any questions I had were patiently and meticulously answered by the staff; their service awareness was top-notch. The interior of the guest room was truly impeccable. Upon entering, there was no stuffiness or smoke smell at all; the ventilation was excellent. The overall cleanliness and tidiness were surprisingly good. The floor, tabletop, and windowsill were spotless. The dry-wet separation design in the bathroom was very practical; the vanity, toilet, and shower area were all wiped sparkling clean, without any water stains or smudges. The quality of the disposable toiletries was great, and the towels were soft and odor-free. The hot water supply was stable and the water pressure was ample, making for a fantastic showering experience. The room's hardware facilities were well-equipped. The bed was neither too soft nor too hard, with excellent mattress support. There were two types of pillows, soft and firm, to choose from, making it very relaxing to lie down. After a busy day, I could quickly fall asleep peacefully. The sound insulation also deserves praise; noise from the hallway and outside was almost inaudible, ensuring my rest was completely undisturbed. The air conditioning responded quickly to both cooling and heating. The large-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi provided a smooth experience for streaming shows or working without lag. There were also leisure tables and chairs by the window, making it very pleasant to sit and enjoy the view in my free time. The lighting was soft and not harsh, creating a wonderful ambiance. The hotel's public areas were also well-maintained. The lobby was spacious and bright, with a simple yet grand decor. The sofas in the lounge area were soft and comfortable, with drinking water always available. The self-service breakfast offered a rich and diverse selection, covering both Chinese and Western options. Hot dishes, pastries, porridge, fruits, and drinks were all available. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. I could eat something different every day without getting bored. The dining area was clean and tidy, and plates were cleared promptly. Housekeeping staff were also particularly attentive. They cleaned the room meticulously every day, proactively replenishing drinking water and toiletries, and responding quickly to any additional requests. The overall hotel security management was effective; a room card was required to use the elevator, and security patrolled the hallways 24 hours a day, providing a strong sense of safety during my stay. From service, environment, facilities, and dining to value for money, there's absolutely nothing to fault. It's perfectly suited for business trips, couples' getaways, or family travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I'm in the area next time. I genuinely recommend it to all friends planning to stay; you absolutely won't be disappointed!

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast. Very convenient location, easy to explore the entire city on foot. We stayed in early March, and the apricots were blooming everywhere, it was green and warm. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel is a bit old, the room door has a traditional key, the breakfast is average, there are few choices, and there is no elevator. The attitude at the front desk is also average. I won’t decide next time
