Yuan Lin is located in Linfuzhuang on the north bank of Huanshui river in the northern outskirts of Anyang city. It contains the tomb of Yuan Shikai and is now the site of the Anyang Museum. There are many beautiful architectural attractions, such as decorative archways, gates, pavilions and tomb passageways. The tomb is characterized by its harmonious combination of Western and Chinese architecture. The imperial mausoleum in the front courtyard is built in the style of the Ming and Qing dynasties and the back courtyard contains many Western inspired elements creating an overall unique impression.
