If you wanna experience the great wall, good option for you is to visit Badaling. You may take a bus going to this location. Dont worry, fare is just cheap. Make sure to come on normal days and not on holiday or else it will be a hassle to travel with thousands of people. Be ready to climb flight of stairs.
