    Model

    Original Text

This is the tomb of the teacher who became a model for the character appearing in Hanaburo Tayama's novel. I didn't read it, so I couldn't understand the image, but eventually I wanted to pick it up.

Located near Hanyu Station, it is the grave of a model of a rural teacher, a novel by Hanaburo Tayama. It's a very ordinary grave, but if you like history and novels, it's worth going.

Based on the diary left behind, this work is based on the life of a poor young man, the state of Hanyu at that time, and topics (such as the Russo-Japanese War). It is located in the back of the cemetery on the left side of the main hall, entering the temple gate, and there is a gravestone of the person and a monument of the country teacher ...

    It's sober.

Actually, Kenpukuji also has a kindergarten, but I went to this kindergarten. The tomb of a rural teacher was regularly cleaned every year as a kindergarten event. I didn't feel anything when I was little, but I remember being impressed when I learned about Tayama Hanaburo and visited again.
