The most conspicuous thing to see here is the Zhenhuai Building. The building was built in the Southern Song Dynasty. When the Ming Dynasty built Huai'an City, it was converted into a tower, that is, the bell and drum tower used to play, report time, and call the police. During the Qing Dynasty, it was renamed "Zhenhuai Building", because Huaishui often flooded, and the name "Zhenhuai" took its meaning to suppress water. The existing wooden building was rebuilt in Qingguangxu seven years (1881). The lower part of the town Huailou is a masonry high platform, the center is arched door, the platform from the bottom to the top gradually closed, slightly trapezoidal, there is a brick ladder road next to the platform for walking up and down, the top of the platform is surrounded by railings. The upper part of the platform is a wooden structure two-story pavilion, three wide, and the top of the Qingwaxi Mountain is very simple.
