　It is one of the so-called Sanjo retro buildings. It is built facing Sanjo-dori, but only a part remains, and the rest has been rebuilt into modern architecture. What remains is the part completed in Taisho ３ and facing the Sanjoyanagibaba intersection, including the tower. The design is Tatsuno Kataoka Architectural Office. The Sanjo retro architecture has a strong impression of red brick, but the outer wall here is stone-paved. It amplifies the fashionability of shops and streets while exposing the cultural property value.
