An old temple that is said to be the site of Mr. Tachikawa's residence in the medieval period, which was the origin of the place name of Tachikawa. There is a garden and a main hall on a hill overlooking the Tama River. The waterway that flows through the garden is the Shibasaki Diversion of Tamagawa Josui drawn in the Edo period.
