It is a temple of the Tendai sect and is called Ehizan Yakuoin. It is located at the foot of the hill where Hikawa Shrine is located. It is in a messy residential area.

Bettoin of Shibuya Hikawa Shrine. It is also a sacred place. The founder of this temple is said to be the third-generation Zashu Jikaku Daishi Enjin, who built the foundation of the Japan Tendai sect. The standing statue of Amida Nyorai is said to be a cultural property of the ward, Genshin, who wrote "Ojoyoshu", which is the basis of Japanese Jodo sects from the mid Heian period to Kamakura.
