Xijiang Tower

The Suction River Tower stands on the top of the peak of Jiaoshan Mountain in Zhenjiang. The original name is Suction River Pavilion. Because there are wooden statues on all sides of the pavilion, it is also known as the Four-sided Buddha Pavilion. The building is octagonal, the whole structure is cement wood, there are stairs hovering up, the corridor is four-way, and there are views on all sides.

During the Ming Dynasty, Xifeng was moved to build. Qing Qianlong was rebuilt in 26 years (1761), and the statue of the Erawan Buddha was plastic, also known as the Erawan Buddha Pavilion. In the 10th year of Tongzhi (1871), Shen Bingcheng, Tonghai Road, Changzhen, was rebuilt as a building and wrote "The Suction of the River Building". In the spring of 1979, it was rebuilt in the second-floor octagonal design. Because of the construction of the Wanfo Pagoda, it was built on the east side of the Pagoda in 1999.
