Saint Barbara Church Complex

The Church of Santa Barbara, a Byzantine building in the early 5th century, is located in the eastern part of the Babylonian ruins and is one of the most beautiful Coptic churches, named after Santa Barbara, and still contains the relics of Santa Barbara and the original exquisite wooden doors of the church. The gate is one of the most elegant artistic wonders, and its frame is carved from mulberry trees and made up of 45 panels.

Even the main road in Coptic Cairo is very narrow, and the Church of Santa Barbara is on a street corner of the main road. When you enter the door, you will be asked which country you are from. My friends and I think it is because we are Asian. The church is very small, I can't understand what, turn around and come out, but the friends who know the Christian culture together still have a good look for a while, knowing that the background culture of the church is good to see it.
