#xiamen was an impromptu trip I took during the #yearofrabbit CNY weekend. It definitely didn't go as planned as the weather was very cloudy and rainy but I still made the best of it. A lot of recommendations were closed during the holiday weekend but I still enjoyed my time visiting the places I did. I highly recommend #zhongshan Pedestrian Street, it's great for strolling and finding some great streetfood and cool stores. Also, I recommend the Helium Air Balloon ride on Xiada Baicheng beach. Overall a good trip!

its quite a peaceful place with not so many people if you are a water lover xiamen is very tidy , the water is so clear and there are quite some activities too along the beach . its perfect for walks if its not too hot and the views are great as you will be facing the gulangyu island and on some other parts you can even see some small islands too. i have been to other beaches too but i found this more relaxing and peaceful though its not advised to take walks when the sun is all out however pictures will be great when there is that little sunshine #bucketlistreboot#staycation #gooutside #beachlife #urbanexplorer #givethanks #

Baicheng Beach you can have fun in there and laughed with the locals and you can have fun with their antics, they have a small tent that for the cost of 10 RMB you can take a bath and wash off the salty water but you come out in the end bathing in sweat so I think it's a good deal for them 😝. The beach may not be big, but its location makes it well-suited for watching distant cruise liners and steamships pass by.
