Beside the first pavilion at the foot of Mount Emei, some traditional Buddhist saints are depicted on the stone carvings, and the figures are vividly carved.
The cliff stone carvings of Mount Emei are located on the edge of the eco-tourism plaza established on a relatively large open space behind the left side of Qingyin Pavilion. The first mountain of Shenzhou and the leaders of the mountains on the cliffs indicate the status of Mount Emei in the mountains. .
First take the tour bus to Wuxiangang, and then rely on walking. It takes about an hour to get here, and the scenery along the way is pretty good. Walk forward for another hour to reach the wild monkey area.
The cliffs on the banks of the stream behind the Qingyin Pavilion tell the story of Emperor Ming Dynasty, who traveled to Shu to visit Emei during the rebellion of Anshi. There are several groups of cliff carvings on it, including the story of Emperor Kangxi's visit to the monk Emperor Ama Shunzhi. The carvings are vivid, and they are all artistic masterpieces.
It is being repaired, but it is very interesting to see it vaguely. It is worth stopping to admire.
