This is one of the great pitfalls that Los Angeles must offer! It’s a free small museum in a single room on the UCLA campus. It’s small but amazing! You’ll have the opportunity to see some meteorites firsthand and get in touch with them privately, even using the attached magnets to prove their magnetism! You may not spend too long here, but the campus is beautiful. I recommend visiting the Fowler Museum, which is also just a short 8-minute walk from the campus (also free). There are other attractions such as the Botanical Garden and the Sculpture Garden. We also finished the Hammer Museum in just a short drive (free again).
