Absolutely loved this hotel. There was daily room service and they kept the room spotlessly clean . The staff was kind and very friendly, with impeccable service . Will definitely visit again.Highly recommended !

malia is a great party place, went many times, but the best thing u can do is get urself a hotel on the main strip right in the centre of everything! will never forget the feeling of walking out and being right on the strip, music blasting, so crowded. hotel is cheap as of price, clean nice rooms nice food nice staff and nice pool. cant wait for covid to be over so malia can be the same as back in 2019.

We spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion. Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive. The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks. There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit). The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable. The sea is near, 15 minutes walk. No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.

This a good little hotel, not a tourist factory with thousands people. The team and management are very nice and provide good service. Swimming pool is very pleasant without any chemical products but very clean. Cleaning of the room can be done each day including Sunday up to 2PM (except the check-out day), for our part, we requested only each 3 days. There is a lot of flowers, plants and a tall cactus. Sun beds around the pool are various, you have some with Umbrella, other without if you want sun, some have mattress, other just to stay after swimming. There is a correct AC and WIFI. Guests are pleasant: young people, families, from many countries. For sure, I recommend it for travelers who need something with correct prices and at human size. You have many restaurants and bar all around or you can buy drinks or food in each mini market around. Just before the Mc Donald's when you turn right at Malia main church, you have a small super market with cheapest prices and very quality of products (vegetables, fruits, drinks, yogurts ...) Single negative point, the area is noisy up to 2AM, especially in the streets because Malia is a small town but with several clubs and many bars. But if you close the windows put a small amount of AC, you will pass a very good night. Maria the manager is adorable and she helped us on everything we asked for. Cleaning personnel is also very helpful, and the is a very serious person to keep track during the night. For sur I return there when I come back to Crete.

Often you come somewhere and then the photos turn out to be more beautiful than reality. In this case, a pleasant stroke of luck. Pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and spotlessly clean. Water not cold. Apartment simple and clean (and also cleaned daily). People very friendly. Mattresses are hard but you get used to it. Center and entertainment venues literally around the corner (leave the area behind and turn left, walk down the street and you're in the nightlife). Parking is a drama. You can park your rental car or quad at the back of the road, but don't be surprised if there are footprints on your hood or car roof the next day. Brits apparently like to walk over cars.....
Happy Days

Good day. For the money that we paid for a hotel-hotel worthy! Good, solid repair. Everything is working. Clean toilet. There is everything you need in the kitchen. True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!
