We were greeted warmly on arrival by Septi who arranged our check-in. We were told our rooms were not ready as we arrived well before the check-in time at 3pm. We went to Marioboro, the main shopping street in the city. And we're notified by WhataApp when our room is ready. We were assigned a room on the 6th floor that has a beautiful view of the pool and golf course. The hotel has a large compound and is designed like a resort. It is old but everything works. The facilities are all not far away. You don't get these in new hotels anymore. The breakfast was were good with a good spread of local and international fare and daily change of menu. We enjoyed 3 breakfasts during our stay. Overall all the staff were friendly and gave their best warm service with a smile. We felt very relaxed and welcomed. Keep it up Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta!

good looking and nicely service for business and leisure . The cleanliness is good, but the mushala should be better if the ablution it is not too far. The food is okay and the service of the food is quietly very good. Maybe if there is lively flower or orchids flower not a plastic flower that is more better.

Good hotel, easy to book. We booked directly to the hotel as we need a room for 3 persons and was not available in any booking-application. Located in a new central of new cafes and great hangout place. The room is big and roamy. One thing a bit weird was they only give us 1 key even though our room was a room for 3.. and when we asked for additional key, they asked for a deposit 🤦🏻‍♀️. Breakfast was OK, enough choices with standard hotel-taste.

We stayed for 2 nights with 2 rooms. Hotel located in Palagan residence area, very quiet since not in the main road but walking distance to coffee shop and mini market. Only have around 20 rooms with luxury europian style. Luxury Room with balcony. Room size very big around 40M2. Bath room also very big not standar size. 2 wastafel with rain shower. Free minibar for soft drink & chocolate bar. No ext dial info to call front offfice, restaurant and house keeping. Limited tv channel. All staffs very polite, helpful and communicative. Special thanks to Mr. Wili in front office & Ms Desi in restaurant. Breakfast ala carte with mini buffet depand on occupancy. Parking lot beside the hotel so not easy when rainy. Entrace lobby with stairs so need big effort to bring the luggages to the lobby. Recommended if looking for luxury and serenity.

For the size of a hotel with a price of 400, get 4 beds, breakfast is quite cheap. It's just that I don't expect wow facilities because the kmr is normal and quite rest

the bedroom and bathroom are comfortable and clean,the bathroom hot water is smooth,the toilet seat works normally,the cabinet is relieved and there is something under the mattress,there is an inner parking lot for motorcycles or bicycles, there is guard at the front gate post by monitoring CCTV, there is a smart TV connected to cable internet, there is wi-fi hotspot, there is a bathroom exhaust fan, there is a room table, there is a mirror on the bedroom and the bathroom is quite big, there is a standing fan, there is a small refrigerator,the hotel is cool because there are many plants,there is a trash can in the room,there are towels for bathing,there is a bathroom mat,there is an electric plug,the atmosphere is quite quiet in the surrounding environment,etc.
