Best Western Jeju Hotel

We booked a connecting room, which was very spacious with three 1.4-meter double beds. It's in a downtown location, and the high-floor views from the window were fantastic, offering both city and sea views. Upon check-in, we received a 10,000 KRW voucher for the in-hotel GS convenience store for each of our three nights, so three vouchers in total. Extremely satisfied!

The room was quite spacious, but the facilities were a bit old, and the flooring was damaged. The location is relatively convenient; it's a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport. You can tell from the pictures that their bed-making skills probably aren't as good as mine. 🤣

Highly recommend Best Western. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and the alley diagonally across has tons of great restaurants. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk to two duty-free shops. The location is in the new city, so it's not too crowded or noisy. The only downside is that the refrigerator compressor in the room is a bit loud.

The room was very spacious and overall comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around. There's also a convenience store right next door, which is great for daily necessities. The only minor issue was that the shower water leaked in the bathroom, but everything else was excellent.

Excellent hotel! The staff were very quick to resolve any issues. The location is fantastic, with a Starbucks and GS25 convenience store right inside the hotel. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance! Highly recommend 🥰

The room was old, the facilities were outdated, and the price was high. It also wasn't clean. My child said they felt insects crawling on their eyes at night, and woke up with swollen eyes and an allergic rash. By evening, both eyes were completely swollen, and they even developed a fever. We had to cut our trip short and return home. We had come highly recommended, thinking it couldn't go wrong, but based on our personal experience, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Lotte Duty Free Shop. Compared to the Shilla area, it's much quieter here. There's a Starbucks and a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient. The room was spacious and quiet, and the daily cleaning was prompt. The service was great. Definitely worth staying!

I'd seen some reviews mentioning poor front desk service, so I was a bit worried when I booked. But after experiencing it myself, it was actually fine. They offer Chinese-speaking service, helped with taxi bookings, and there's a supermarket and Starbucks inside.

The room was quite spacious, with one queen bed and one twin bed. The lobby was a bit small, but there's a supermarket which makes getting breakfast very convenient. The location is excellent, right between the Shilla Duty Free Shop and Lotte Duty Free Shop, and there are many dining options nearby.
